The FF might come back with a new offer when they see you aren’t biting. The pads are amazingly high, well done.

I'd agree with the possibility of there being room to negotiate on the FF - assuming you've not already reached your highest offer that it, I can't recall whether this was a first approach or one that's been playing out?

It's my first approach (this year), I did the same last year.  My offers this year are higher than last year but I don't have much room to play with.  There's a massive gap between my offer and their offer and I can't get much closer, so I'm happy to leave it another year or so.  Hopefully at that point, I'll have a bigger pot and be able to go further.  I'm paying no interest and my monthly payments are less than £10 each so I can afford to sit and wait, even if I'd rather clear them!  Their offer this year was also better than last year, so maybe one year we'll meet in the middle :D

Oh my anxiety has gone through the roof today!  It's been a while since I've felt like this :(

I've got so much to do this week and more keeps being added, so I'm under pressure.  At least it's time limited and I will be on leave for 2 weeks at the end of the week.  I'm counting down!

Sorry your anxiety is increasing. Is there anything you can drop, delay or ask for help with?

Some things have been delayed, other things are appearing to replace it though.  It's partly my colleague is off on long term sick and I'm having to do stuff out of my comfort zone.  I did have a panic yesterday with some other colleagues and got some good advice.  I just need to tick a few things off and then I'll feel better.
