I can't believe I didn't remember. Must check drawers first in future!

I've been shattered the last few days, I think it's last week and the weekend catching up with me. Feeling better today.
I took a long lunch break today to try and get back some of the time from the evening meetings last week which helped. I even did a short workout too, go me! I tidied the house and caught up with the washing too.
My GP sent a letter advising me to go on a preventing diabetes course, so I'll have a look at that. I haven't been doing great with the diet, though I have been making efforts to eat better.
A few sales this weekend againI've paid the money to the mortgage.
Hope everyone is well"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -

Everything seems fine @jwil😼
Regarding the course , as @NeverendingDMP mentioned they are very informal .
Well that's what my geordie friend told me when he went on one 2 years or so ago .
Keep on plodding ..3 -
Thank you everyone
I still haven't even looked at the course yet, I must sort myself out.
This week has been very busy, so I'm still shattered. I've got 4 days off now so am hoping to get some relaxation time, and time to catch up on admin.
We were just outside the red zone today, but it hasn't been as bad as it could have been. The kids were on inset day anyway, but little jwil had a birthday party. I was a bit nervous about going out, lots of tree bits floating around, but it wasn't too bad. The family allowed little miss to go to the party as well which was very kind of them. I was working so left them there and picked them up. They both had a great time.
Swimming tomorrow then will visit my folks. I'm hoping for a quiet day on Sunday. We have plans Monday and Tuesday, and then I'll be back to work. DH is off for 2 weeks now so hopefully he will get some stuff done, and it should mean I don't have to do the school run, so can hopefully do shorter days!
We've had a couple more sales so I've sent the money to the mortgage.
Hope everyone is well"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5 -
