DH has sold another item, it's a bulky item, and I'm as happy to get rid of the box I used to package it as I am to get rid of the item itself :D:D

We had a lovely time catching up with my sister and her children yesterday.  My two idolise their cousins so it's really sweet.

Today I'm planning on having a quiet one at home.  Just chilling, pottering and reading.  Little miss seems to have a party planned for later, so I'm invited to that.  I didn't sleep well last night again with the heat, so don't have a lot of energy or enthusiasm. It's meant to be cooler tonight thankfully!

Bit more sorting done today and a few games and stuff put aside ready to go.  Little miss and I sat and did a few jigsaws to check all the pieces were there.

I'm still feeling rough so have ordered some probiotics to see if they will help settle everything.

My next door neighbour with the scratchy trees came round to ask a question yesterday.  I mentioned about the trees scratching the fascia and guttering, and he says he has asked his son to sort it.  I've noticed a couple of branches in our garden (and haven't heard the scratching) so I wonder if he's had a bit of a go from his bedroom window.  He popped back later with some lovely flowers from his garden which was very nice.

When my IBS flares up, I switch to decaf coffee.

It was agony whilst I had Covid, and hugely bloated despite having little appetite.

If you find anything that gives you relief, do share the info please :-)

    Well done on the sale.

Nice about the flowers and the promise of the tree getting sorted.

Hope you feel better soon. Such a shame that you are ill while you are off.

Thank you :)  I don't drink coffee, and I can't think what's triggered this now.  Fruit and veg seems to be making it worse, so I'm on a carb heavy diet which is not what I need right now!

I'm sure the probiotics helped ease it earlier this year, so fingers crossed they will work.  I also am taking peppermint oil capsules.

Thank you.  It is so frustrating, I can't think how it's happening!

Thank you.  It is frustrating about being out of sorts.  Hopefully it will ease off soon so I can enjoy next week more!
