It is terrifying.  I still need to get them trainers and wellies too.  They seem bright and bouncy today thankfully!

Thank you :)  I have a feeling it will be a record low this month 😖

Morning everyone :)  I'm in a foul mood today.  I could do with hiding myself away from the world!

All the DDs have come out today, so I'm in a better position to see what's left for the month.  It's not pretty, but I'll keep going.

We took the kids out yesterday with friends and went out for dinner in the evening to celebrate our anniversary.  It was nice (and DH paid!) but it was a lot fancier than it used to be and a lot more expensive.  I don't think I'd hurry back, particularly while the kids are still young.  Mine are too fussy and like familiar foods without fancy accompaniments.

We got home in time to see the end of the football match.  So pleased for the Lionesses, I'm not a football fan, but it was well-deserved!

This morning  I have tackled my 'books to go' bag at long last.  I've put the barcodes into the book selling sites and several have gone to one of them.  Only just over £5 but it's more than I would have made at a boot sale, and less hassle.  That parcel is being picked up tomorrow.

The rest I boxed up and have donated to charity.  Took the parcel straight away so I could get it out of the house.  I'm very pleased about that.  I stuck in a few dvds as well.  That's one big bag emptied so I can use it again to refill with other items to donate/sell.  A bit of cash as well towards the mortgage hopefully.
