Sorry to doubt what you are saying but when you say they should be SEEN to be fair yet there is information which only they can access it’s not very transparent to me
You are confusing two different issues, the handling of your appeal by the VOA and the information which they hold and because of Parliamentary constraints the general public have no direct access to. When Ct was introduced the VOA had to seek Parliamentary approval to disclose sale prices at Tribunal as house sales info was supplied to the VOA on a confidential basis.

@Kuga247 you will have access to the VOA's Bundle. That's their evidence, that's what they have used to make their decision on Banding and what they will be putting before the Tribunal. They will have access to your Bundle, your evidence. It's what happens in every Court case and every Tribunal case. It's not a big secret, it's just the process. In real Court and Tribunal cases there is no 'big reveal' moment when one side suddenly brings out evidence not seen before, which is often seen on TV. The VOA wouldn't take a case to Tribunal unless they were reasonably confident that their decision was supported by the evidence but that doesn't mean the Tribunal will agree with them.

On more than one occasion I have had to advise a CT payer that this is not "Perry Mason".

As you're probably aware it is only fairly recently that CT payers had to give the VOA prior sight of their evidence.

    No, it;s not.
If you look again you'll see that jude57 has written something at 4:57 and then below it at 6:16 lincroft1710 has quoted jude's post in full (highlighting a specific part) and then added some additional comments of their own underneath.
(people often quote other peoples posts in full or in part, especially in a long running thread, to make it clear which post they are referring to in their comments - as I've just done here)

When I was in the process of going to the tribunal I got a few fliers sent from legal firms, asking me to contact them. Stating they were specialist in the ct  field.
I didnt feel I needed to and I have no idea of costs but if you feel you need some additional advice is it worth looking some up?

Thanks for that it’s next Monday keep asking VOA information but it’s not very helpful when they quote data protection laws sorry if it sounds negative but I have read tribunal results and percentages are not on my side but I will try

You can definitely ask the Tribunal for an adjournment if you need time to submit more evidence
