Council tax banding

I am in process of trying to find information about house prices in 1991/1993 I have a tribunal date at end of January 2022 tried various website nationwide and VOA and it’s very poor as anyone been to a tribunal and got their banding lowered more information I get the stronger my case the bungalow I live in was built by…

Thanks for all the information! I can not add any more information to my bundle but I have no tribunal date so that is where my confusion comes ?I still receive property updates from zoopla and right move when I check out their details I find they are similar Ie bungalows/larger in size and in lower tax banding when checking planning they are still untouched no planning inplace no alterations but I cannot add to my bundle because of time constraints yet no tribunal date !Now I understand why many property owners never contest theirs banding
