Damn, I've just remembered something I need to buy before payday 🤦♀️ Will be about £2.00-£2.50, so have just done a 40p survey on Qmee to get me started earning it. Desperate times!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I managed to get my purchasing done for £1.00, so in order to achieve mission-stay-within-my-means I need to earn 60p by the end of the day. Qmee my only option, as they are instant payments with no minimum amount. Currently no surveys available 🤦♀️!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Or SC, you could give yourself a break… it’s not mission stay-within-your-means, but mission keep-saving-at-a-ridiculously-high-rate-during-the-worst-inflation-for-forty-years-when-you-have-no-debt. I know you like the challenge, but make sure it’s not consuming you - you worked hard to pay off your debt and I know you want to reach fire/refurb the flat, but 60p really isn’t worth stressing over - think of your blood pressure!Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

Thanks Vix, I hear what you're saying, and if it was more than 60p I probably would throw in the towel, but surely I can manage that in a day!!! I'm not actually saving for FIRE or the refurb at the moment 😳 (more on that another day), but something much more important, which is why I've upped the ante recently. Plus, this situation is entirely my own doing by transferring my last £2.99 to the ISA 5 days before payday, and I need to feel the consequences of that!
P.S. On 22p so far 😀Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
