Sorry, tank claimed it was still more than half full before topping up, but has an unreliable sensor. I was actually disappointed it was able to take that much without being 100% full (think it's 45l)3

Ahhh, that makes more sense!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Final grocery shop of the month done and I'm left with £2.99. After starting the month on -£15.16 and donating more to charity than I put into my grocery pot, I'm taking that as a win 👍! Not starting off in the red (and expenses coming in) hopefully means next month will be a little more comfortable, which will be very welcome! In the meantime, I've paid the £2.99 into the ISA, so just waiting for payday now - in, er, 5 days 🤣!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

They fill it up for you. I've not seen it since I was a kid (and that was only one garage) - Midsomer obviously does things differently!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I was another late starter with driving, less than 10 years. Petrol was 99p when I passed my test!2

It wasn't in Midsomer 🤣! I'm about 18 years, 89p-ish when I got my first car. I remember my alarm when it first went over £1!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

When I first started driving petrol was around 40p per litre, I have never been to a petrol station that has attendant service.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent
