Aaaaaarrrrrggggghhhhh! One of my memory sticks got corrupted 15 minutes before I went online to deliver a 3 hour briefing. Luckily, I had just uploaded the Pp onto my laptop, so I what I needed for the session BUT it had 15 months of work on it.
Some is backed up onto an online network but not the latest stuff that I am working on. I am a little worried because on another memory stick - I saw the same symbols in a folder. At the moment it is confined to one folder.
Tomorrow, I need to ensure that all my company accounts and invoices are in cloud (which I think they are) and backed up else where.

@GeorgianaCavendish good luck with the exam. So impressed with people having black bags of clothes, parting with even a few things quite big for me, and I realise more and more that I really have soo soo much...and really don't want to be sorting things as I get even older.... Have starting using one of my notebooks again rather than notes and does help me focus in getting tasks done.Have my diary/planner, notebook for complaints/key calls etc, and then to do list. @vulpix i remember you saying you keep elastic round your books - I don't want to carry all mine round, go up and down 2 flights frequently. But I do have notebooks which have a pocket for bits of paper which is good. Writing M for those tasks today so I can just add up and T will be for tomorrow. Email to Dad consultant and email chasing referral for DD2 139-140 Engineer came to do heating - my view £107 + Vat fixed rate and him £86 per half hour +VAT and likely to take 4 hours! we parted with me only having given him a parking permit and still problem! Have arranged for BG to do one off repair, over an hour on phone . 141 141 ordered paint samples 142 ordered replacement headphones - cheapest red but means DD1 won't take (as with my other pairs) 143 more info for tax completion 144- 153 took cups and saucers and bowl to CS (parting with my collection - lovely 1950s italian coffee cups....hopefully others will enjoy. Aiming to reduce crockery/glass by 100 (9/100). Thinking donating these will make it easier to part with other thing 154 frozen mango chunks (bbmay20) and 155 other ood food a few days ago noticed fox or something made a hole in my compost bag, and just left, then yesterday noticed a little spilled and today had been dragged across the lawn with half the contents spilled (reminder to tackle things earlier) cleared up most but not all 156. Item sold, and packaging 157- 158 (not posted but ready)
@weenancyinAmerica I left the curtains in the CS (but did tell them to put out for someone else) as not the colour I really want and my sewing wouldn't hold up to expanding width wise - main attraction was cheap (colour and size wrong). Great ideas from you and others.
So inspired by everyone, and know that often putting something away or some self care is all we can manage, and self care often harder than the declutter but so important. Hugs
188-190: 3 cereal boxes bull of bits of paper and food packaging to the recycling bin, 191-204: items to bin bag or recycling (old underwear to bin!) 205-207: memory sticks sorted out for loan or return to owner (the one on loan attached to a lanyard) 208-220: 12 GB data and 50 emails deleted.
Now up to 11 no spend days this month; Tuesdays are carved out as spend days as there's a local quiz that evening.

I haven't done as much as I was hoping this evening as had to go fetch dd3 home from her friends but we have managed to fill the bin.

I’m still in the garage wk2 but the piles are getting smaller just waiting on delivery of some robust clear storage boxes then at least l can see what’s in them. Going to move the fridge , the freezer and the dryer round tomorrow hopefully without having to empty the freezer l can but try. A tip trip is needed as well but trying gather up a full car load which isn’t too difficult as l drive a fiat 500 lol.
@charlies_tribe I don't have a loft so baby /kids things went except some books and toys, dd2 17 had about 100 soft toys ( she bought one from cs when I took a bag of things to donate she got it down to about 9 a few years ago. Sadly its my stuff, clothes over last 20 years, craft things, old records, clothes more recent can't fit it, then the mad glass and crockery collection.Aslonbig stationary fetishism. DD2 does have big collection of highlighters/ erasers and I have notebooks/ folders etc. Do have a positive vibe that I will.mske progress even if slower than what I while wish.
Was the Pound a day book where the woman was saving to give her Brother a Wedding Present? If so I read it many years ago. Commendable but it would be very difficult as a family or if you lived rural. That would have to be a completely different book.
So many posts I am having trouble keeping up.
We have shelved the idea of a little holiday. MIL back in Hospital.
Thank you so much for my medal Mrs SD. I will pass on one to DD1 too.
