Hi Bala,
I just had to delete my medals from last year. I went to my profile, edit profile, and then on the left half way down the list is signature settings. From memory it was quite easy to add medals but never found out how to add stars but sure others will know. Well done x13 -
Evening All, managed to put freezer in the shed and move contents over and sort out. A lot of random bits cooked for dinner. Old freezer decluttered to MIL's garage for her use. Visited DIY store, bookcase and rug bought for DD room. But had to sort everything first to make it fit.
So outgrow clothes and shoes to her cousins. Carrier bag of books for charity shop. Bookcase packaging recycled. Final Decluttered parcels to various family members, PO was empty. I will tally up exact numbers at end of weekend as hoping to do some more tomorrow. Went to the refill shop so avoided 2 plastic bottles and reused old ones.
Need to sort my seed collection to avoid buying surplus. Time to start planting my chillies.11 -
Thank you for my medal Mrs SD.
Slow progress this week - 3 items have left so that gives a total of 10 so far this year.
Friday Frog 🐸 turned out to be two this week - washed the back door mat and cleaned the dishwasher filter. Both had been outstanding on my list for several weeks so it feels good to get them done.
The path to my desk in the little bedroom has slowly been cleared and an extension lead found and cleaned ready for plugging in computer etc. Lots of the laundry backlog been tackled too.
Have been wearing nice pyjamas and sleeping for England so I guess psychologically it has made a difference. Also used a posh body lotion after my shower yesterday and noticed this morning I’d left the lid off it so I guess I will just have to use that one every day now until it is used up so it doesn’t have time to go off.
So, whilst not many items have actually been decluttered, lots of good things have been achieved this week so I’m putting that down as a win.Decluttering Awards: 🏅🏅13 -

Busy day today and now feeling the aches and pains. Just caught up on 5 pages of posts.
Mrs SD - Thank you for the star. You should get fit running up and down all the carriages on this train - great cheer leading as ever.
Bala - When DH knew he was not long for this world one of the things he asked me about was a banking programme he used and internet banking. He looked at me and said - you won't use it will you as you prefer a book. He was right but I have advanced a bit in three years. I have one of those blue ledger soft cover books you get in WHS. I have 2 current accounts so do one at each end of the book - ins and outs to accounts. I also have a project book with sections to record my savings accounts, and it lists the yearly items to come out and dates due etc. The last worked well last year so I have just done a similar book for 2022. In 3 years I have become used to internet banking and feel quite comfortable with it although I was very nervous at first. Last month I finally downloaded the app so I have one current account on my phone and I actually paid a bill with it for the first time last week. Slow and steady. Encouraged by your bravery I tackled one of my big frogs this weekend. I do have a few spreadsheets for money but tend to fill them in as an after thought relying on my books most of the time.
TC77 - I like the phrase 'unidentified things to the bin' - sounds like my house.
I got up and emptied the study this morning. Decided to move it round a bit, so rang DS2 who came round and moved computer bits for me - I'm frightened of unplugging things. Like most men (apologies for sexist remark) - he couldn't understand why I just wanted to move things round and have a change. Pleased with new layout though. There are 2 large frogs now in plain sight which need to be dealt with sooner rather than later - one is 8 years old at least!

Great activity today. Every box from the pantry of doom was gone through. just by better packing 2 empty banana boxes earmarked to go to DD2 for her forthcoming house move. The handles ,hinges and coat hooks were removed from the old door and it was dropped off at the dippers. The coat hooks were put on the back of the pantry door for work coats.
The sitting room is tidy, I have aired some different ornaments from the boxes in the pantry. The kitchen however is tomorrows job. I have 2 boxes of kitchen stuff that I would like to try to integrate into the meagre kitchen cupboards. 2 top cupboards and 2 1/2 bottom cupboards.
I feel like I haven't enough hours in the day atm. I am sewing like a dervish to try to make a quilt for DIL's Birthday in a couple of weeks. No time for frogs just yet.
I do feel like some attention to my diet is imminent. I am building up to weighing myself. Perhaps when my cold and cough has gone.
I love the support of this thread. Everyone is doing so well at whatever pace.

Wow, everyone is making such amazing progress! I'm so impressed by you all.
I haven't posted for a couple of days as I wasn't feeling great on Thursday and knew I needed to preserve my energy - managed to declutter 700+ emails though.
I spent a chunk of Friday decluttering myself to the North East for a week's holiday for my birthday and a bit of time by the seaside. So for the rest of the week I'll be flitting between the buffet car and the TLC carriage. I suspect I may also be strategising my decluttering for when I return home!

Hi all, wow some great work being done everyone
Today was really miserable weather absolutely lashing down this morning. Not much done here, tested my shoulder with a short drive and I can manage to change gear and steer ok so that's good. Did a small shop and made a veg stew for tea which was lovely. Decluttered about 50 emails, long way to go but I got bored. Watched a bit of footy on the tv and managed a coffee over the fence with my neighbour about 3 o'clock. This is something we started during the first lockdown. She is a very active 73 and lost her hubby the year before. She has 2 lovely daughters who live quite near and do visit often and a son who lives about an hour away who visits less but phones daily. I was sheilding and like a lot of people decided to dig in the garden so we got to chatting over the fence and it turned into a regular coffee every day even when the weather was not very good, we just sat under our garden brolliesWe don't meet every day now as we have both resumed some of our activities but if we are both home and it's dry we have a catch up. It was a bit of a life saver for me. If I had only had OH for company I think one of us would have ended up under the patio
The shoulder seems to be improving and I am hopeful the gel and heat treatment are working. I did declutter an old wheat thing as it was just too smelly.
@Mrs SD, give up smoking, lose weight and exercise more ! Various people have been saying that to me for 20 years. If you find a way to do it please let me know
Take care everyone12
