DD1 just rang to ask if I have a clothes rail! I used to have several and now only 1 which I use as my awkward small built in wardrobe in my bedroom. Although I use wardrobe in another room. Debating if I give to her and it makes me sort things out. Will when declutter llbs but not looking likely as eaten the left over trick or treat sweets! Love the pumpkins @MrsSD.8

End of the week round up:
4413: cleared leaflets from the communal hallway to the paper recycling
4414-4428: items to recycling
4429-4484: items to bin
4485-4489: 5 small bags of rubbish and 2 lots of recycling to the outside bins.
4490-4491: 100 emails deleted
4492-4517: a whopping 26 GB of data deleted: even if I haven't been in the mood for much else, I've managed to watch some television.
Had a discussion with "The Management" about a few things and will be working less hours and concentrating on the shorter shifts. (You know what they say: you can't change the people you're with, but you can change the people you're with.) With that in mind, have jettisoned one weekend away so I'm not dipping into savings to pay for it!
OK, bus to Bath tomorrow so better get packing as 10 am departure.

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 3 tasks
2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.
3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV during daylight hours 😉 AB2 playing zero - 20/9/2022
4. Declutter/Relocate one item every time I stand up.
5. Don’t put it down, put it away
6. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed
Thursday rained on & off. Finished 3rd scarf & started 4th. Cleared down a few more programmes from planner. DH went out & picked up prescription. Also filled bird & squirrel feeders. Dinner was from freezer (have a bit of space now 🙂) & fridge: DSis & I had risotto cakes & lettuce, DH had cottage pie & cauliflower (both from freezer) Wudupa. Paid milkman.

Morning all xx
Holey Moley - everywhere I look in this house there is stuff! So much stuff. I guess I have to concentrate on the fact that there is now floor in every room, and keep chipping away. And the H/S/L are completely clear. Maybe I should sit on the stairs? Call me Kermit 🤣 Or was it Robin? Kermit's nephew? 🤷♀️
I decided to bring down a bag of books from RoD to go through while I supped my brew. The bag split!!! So I've piled the books on the landing (so it's not actually clear at this very minute, but it will be), placed an errant Knight in the bag of knights, and binned a tatty bag, a small piece of wrapping paper, and a metal 'dunno what this is'.
Came down and lo, a charity bag had been pushed through the letter box. I'm having my brew, then I'll bring down the books in my new bag. It's a sign. Carry on. You're doing a good job. Said the Universe. Thank you sez I 😊
I wonder if DS wants that bag of not-actually Scalextric track and doings that's in RoD. I'll ask. If not it's going in the bin.

I'm already looking forward to Wednesday, when I can visit the recycling park in the next village without an appointment and can get rid of so many bits and pieces. They are in paper bags and small boxes at the moment, you know: Twinings tin wirh old nails and metal-odd-bits, cardboard cube with dead batteries, 2 pieces of styrofoam, old laminate, etc. These can all be brought in free of charge.

Hi BBC , Nice to see you back.
Thank you for the reminder to eat frogs Mrs SD. Matches bought. New GP phoned, explained the optometrist recommended I see a GP, first come first served 8am Monday morning. Covid jab at a walk in clinic 7.5 miles away. I can cope with that, all others previously have been a 50 mile round trip. We will go later today. We are going out for a meal tonight but I don't expect to feel rough as we have been ok with previous vaccinations. I could end up eating my words there!
How satisfying to get rid of so much in one go siebrie.
New battery added to the smoke alarm.
Nothing more strenuous than having a bath today, I can feel that I am not well.

I've put out the recycling, decanted bird seed into its container and binned the bag, replenished the sugar jar and binned the bag, and binned an ood tub of gravy granules.
Broken coat hanger - binned.
Baby steps in the kitchen. 😊
I've had a 'me' morning. Had a shower, washed my hair, put towels and clothes in the laundry hamper, clean clothes on, clean towels in bathroom. Opened the windows a touch in the bathroom and my bedroom - to get some air through the place.
And I've been reading a magazine which will be recycled when finished.
Well I am on holiday 😉
