Decluttered some calories at a line dancing class this morning, then on to the Christmas decorations removals, I am hurting now from the dancing and lugging boxes up the stairs.
27 NutriBullet passed to DD as needing a blender for new baby in a few weeks
28 Juicer passed to DS as he wants to lose some weight
29 Meat mallet passed to DS, no idea why we had two
According to charts I need to declutter almost 7 stone, but if I do half of that will be so much fitter.
Dinner tonight will be prawns in kung po sauce with rice. One thing we both need to remember to do is to get the meals out of the freezer, no point having meal plans if we don't stick to it.
 Hugs to all10

            Hi
My decluttering has stalled somewhat as i was ill on Sunday - Monday I have been keeping the kitchen clean and tidy each night and making my bed every morning - they both make a difference I have been keeping the kitchen clean and tidy each night and making my bed every morning - they both make a difference I've been putting the recycling straight out in the boxes in the garden rather than leaving it on the worktop.  Today i've been into the office and recycled a couple of crisp packets !  I have put a couple of Xmas mugs to one side to take to the CS in November time I've been putting the recycling straight out in the boxes in the garden rather than leaving it on the worktop.  Today i've been into the office and recycled a couple of crisp packets !  I have put a couple of Xmas mugs to one side to take to the CS in November time

Big gentle hugs @mothernerd. Sad to hear of her passing. Thinking of you
@vulpix: I hope your finger is feeling better. I am in awe of you.
Wow @ruby_eskimo: Thats a lot of work. Remember to take care of yourself and prepare for resistence. I have helped my hoarder sister with non judgemental packing and decluttering. She wants to move but can't. My tolerance is about 4 hours a month and hers is less. She and her DD live nearly 200 miles away which doesn't help but each time I go back they are more and more on board with me and I see more and more floor.
Thankyou @Liverpool_Anne Good luck Good luck
I like your thinking @daisy_1571 Great advice.
Welcome to new friends on this thread. We are very friendly and supportive here.
So I managed to clear the dining room/ office last night. Everything is a lot tidier as I have taken a lot of stuff upstairs to the rooms of doom. Yes; plural; rooms1 As stuff has been cleared downstairs it has been moved upstairs. There is reason. I want to do the like with like thing and not keep finding more stuff around the house as I go. Having it all in one place looks overwhelming but it will be easier in the long run.
It is good to have the hallway and stairs clear, the porch clear and the lounge is a dream. I am clearing up each evening before bed before I go into the kitchen as widening my maintenence habit to include the whole downstairs. DH and DD are chuffed and are helping with the moving of stuff around and empting the washer and dishwasher, cooking etc.
A successful day today. Returned DS3s washing and bagy stuff delivered. Returned library books but they didn't have one I wanted. As luck would have it my own CS where I was working this afternoon did so I bought it. I also got a bag of wool that matches the colour of some blankets I am finishing off plus a load of other colours which will go into the stash. It won't be wasted and what I can't use I wlll give away. Finally gor rid of the frog of the day Wife, mother, gardener, nurse, Big C survivor. Could I join in, please? I have so much stuff and a huge list of jobs I need to declutter.
To start with, here is my mega list of goals!Goal of 5,000 (<14 per day!) physical items decluttered or frogs ticked off or emails unsubscribed or anything else I feel justifies being counted! Read a book per week - total 52 Mend one item per week - total 52 Stop bringing things into the house so operate a 1 in 1 out rule for clothes, ornaments and other similar items, excess items in = a negative number! For purchases, write down what I want and look at my note again in a week, if I then decide I don’t want the item, put the purchase price into a pot No buying without trying mending first, then secondhand as the next option. Use up old toiletries and cleaning products so only one of each Sort ornaments into four - 1 for display, 2 for storing and swapping for display later, 3 for selling and 4 for donating / disposal. Weight goal of 1kg per week averaged over a month, so 4kg a month. I’ll update with progress once the stuff earmarked to go actually leaves - my promising start has been slightly scuppered by my other half’s positive Covid test yesterday! H x 15

            Thinking of you mothernerd x
Liverpool_Anne thank you, I'll let you know how it goes, emptying the conservatory this weekend to get it all home to start saving the £100 then work from there.
Mrs SD I'm hoping to get a little bit of money back from the unit to buy a shed but I have a feeling its mostly rubbish in there.
You have all been so busy today, 3 pages of posts to catch up on. I'm glad I started off well because its another quiet day for me clutter wise.
Took S2 to his doctors appointment and then DH took him swimming while I hoovered. Then we've started to put d2's bed up, it just needs a couple of screws now that DH doesn't have.
This has decluttered the 7 huge full Ike@ boxes from the conservatory but the empty boxes are still there until we can get rid of them and the pile from yesterday is still in the girls room until the bins get emptied (tomorrow for recycling!)
 So my only declutter is
