Abit of tidying up, decided socks and vest can go in recycling - have enough clothss etc
Saw GP, and going for blood tests, keep tripping over and forgetting things although clinical reason ' clumsy and forgetful' does sound like primary school report! managed to book test for tomorrow. Council rang to check pest control been to DD1 which they had, used up food, and ood out (wasting too much), unpacked stationery delivery (mainly printer paper) packaging recycled, Couple of things done re dad's affairs, paint brushes away, some other like with like and some random things put in a couple of drawers for later sorting, shredding and a little filing, and bits and bobs

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 5 tasks
2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.
3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV and playing AB2 during daylight hours 😉
4. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed
Wednesday continued with a steady drizzle for several hours - upside being that the garden got watered 🙂 DH was pain free for most of the day but still has tingly fingertips. He also went to pharmacy to pick up a supply of his heart pills as they were due to run out in the middle of our holiday ☹️ I only did one of the listed tasks - sorted out the 3 drawers in my bedside cabinet. For some reason I had kept an empty tissue box & still had new undies in their boxes 🙄 Anyway a successful sort out as I now have one completely empty drawer 🥳Transposed a few more recipes to my notebook, dealt with post & listed contents of wardrobe shelves. Dinner was fried chicken, boiled potatoes & peas. DSis did the wudupa 👏
813 - 819 Kitchen recycling, empty tissue box, cardboard packaging, magazine, 2 booklets, 0.5” paperwork - recycled
820 - 824 Kitchen detritus, uu pen, opened ood potions - 2 pots, 1 tube - binned
Poor DD, QueenJess ☹️ but ice cream does make everything better 😉 Excellent work on the digital decluttering 👏
Oops, I might have forgotten to say it is a 15 day guided motorbike tour 😅
Great decluttering & tidying TC77 👏 Hopefully the blood tests will provide an answer for your repeated ‘Random Gravity Tests’ and memory lapses 🤞Good news re the pest control turning up for your DD’s property 🙂 fingers crossed that the rat/s will soon meet their maker 🤞😉

Fortunately more left than came in @Mrs_Salad_Dodger but I must get a grip again.Contacted the plumber yesterday as the bath hot tap is refusing to let water through it. Fortunately it’s not causing an issue with the flow to the shower so we’re not stinky.Bathroom related I gave the ‘Gentleman Carpenter’ a nudge over the bath panel. He should be here next week. Hopefully I can get the plumber in before the bath panel is fitted……..✒️ Declutter 2025👗 Fashion on the Ration 2025 61/66 coupons (5 coupons silver boots)✒️Declutter 2024 🏅🏅🏅(DSis 🏅🏅)

Good morning xx
I've been in the TLC carriage for a long time - I sort of slipped behind a seat, made myself comfy with a pillow and fell asleep. Aka RL was taking all my oomph, and more besides, so decluttering wasn't a priority.
I spent most of yesterday catching up with the thread and feeding my oomph with the inspiration that you all bring. Kick-started by a foray behind the kitchen table to turn off a switch .... which led to the rescue / retrieval of an extension lead, paper bag, cycling helmet, note book and the instruction booklet for a beard trimming kit. Random, but true. All that's back there now is a pair of wellies, a tent, a PS3 and a knotted carrier bag labelled 'rags'.
DS and GF are about to move house so I've said that I won't send any more of his stuff over until they've moved...but once they have moved he'll be getting a tent, PS3, cycling helmet, and leaflet 😊
There's lots of stuff earmarked for cs that hasn't made it out of the house 🙄 Covid initially stopped the flow, and my reluctance to revisit the world ever since has stymied progress.
However, I think I'm ready to come out of hibernation.
I'll begin by putting 10 books from the cs pile into a bag, from the stash. I'm having lunch with L today - she will add the books to the lending library at her church. It's a start.
Best wishes to all

Out: the scrapperson came by yesterday, and I gave her a broken carpart husband had kept because ... ermmm...no idea. It has been lying in the way for 5 months!Out: husband and a friend filled a large ex-olive oil drum (about 125cm high, 220l?, sturdy orange plastic) with food for husband to eat when in mothercountry July-Aug, and our old clothes that we've outgrown. Husband and friend were surprised I had 3 xxlarge bags (the plastic, tartan-print, handles and zipper type); husband had no idea how much I've worked through in the last few months. He was always annoyed when I gave dds another load of clothes to try on, because it would be a little in the way, but now he has seen the benefit. Husband has a (different) friend who is moving back to the mother country, and has bought a truck to sell on there. They are now filling the truck with friend's furniture, etc, and husband can use the left-over space forour stuff. Siebrie that reminds me of when we took a year (working weekends) to clear my father's mother's house. She had a lot of stuff collected up that we shipped off 'back home' because she never got round to it before she passed. My dad's family (that live over here) can give most here a lesson in how to hoard. Pretty sure my aunt bought a new home and filled it with new stuff without emptying her old home first. It's been frustrating because we were expecting our shelves to arrive this week and spur us on in a clearing frenzy but there was a misunderstanding with the message and they're not due for 2 weeks. In the meantime we're pulling the garden into shape...May you find your sister soon Helli.
Sleep well.10 -
Hello all, not much decluttering occurring here lately although yesterday I decluttered some money to the G&E company (I like to pay quarterly as the money stays in my bank till needed and not theirs as per a D/D) The washing basket had accumulated lots of items and was full once more. I don't understand where it all just appears from...... thin air it seems, but the wm is on, hopefully it will dry on the whirly as it's overcast but windy. Deleted 17 emails, daily detritus out and emptied all upstairs waste bins. I shall tackle the dreaded ironing this afternoon, I hate ironing 😠 but I'll be ok when I start on it, probably 😂
MrsSD I'm sure you'll have a fabulous time but I'm always unsure/ unenthusiastic before I get on hols too.
QueenJess hugs to your little DD who is teething poor mite, teeth are a problem arriving, while they're here and going.
Hugs to anyone in need, especially those in the virtual TLC carriage.

👋 hi!
I am sat on the bedroom floor, putting things away from the wedding and deciding what to take on our trip next week. The temperature will be about 10• we are taking a small cabin bag each and a small rucksack each. We will leave the car in Aberdeen and be foot passengers to Shetland. I will give you a wave Thrifty Taylor on the way past. I get a bit anxious about holidays too. Not sleeping well atm. I am worrying about the cats as the magnificent builders are here upsetting their routine! Neighbour will be feeding them. (Cats not builders).Because of lock down they have only been left for short periods. They probably won’t notice! Cats not builders.
As we have had some rain, I am not taking as much hay fever medication so perhaps making more sense than of late / or not.I tidied out the bathroom cupboard. A few bits thrown and forgotten toiletries brought out to be used up.I will be having visitors in July so have decided that the blanket box in the shed and some wooden boxes can go. This will make room for the trundle bed in the spare room. When the builders have finished in the back yard they are moving to the side of the house. We need to empty and move 2 sheds so they can put drains in and pave the area. 2 small sheds will go back plus a new one too. Present big shed will have to be broken up as it is rotten. It is like a massive jigsaw, move this to enable this etc.
Enough procrastination. Take care all, hope you are well. So glad Mr SD is almost better in time for your jaunt Mrs SD. Very envious of your trip.Vx:9
