Well,I'm not sure what I'm going to do today so I thought i'd write down my figures for yesterday!.
291-292 Kitchen rubbish and recycling.
293-294 Storage jars to friend
295-296. cards made form stash.
297-300 card toppers made from stuff in stash.
Not sure why stash isn't getting any smaller.
301-305  5 large pieces of mount board to craft group.

@charlies_tribe I very often put out more than the one charity bag. They always take them . I usually put the outer bag round the neck of the 2nd bag so they can see it’s for them , if that makes sense .

Several frogs sorted yesterday. For my BiL and SiL  I have written a financial sheet out and sent a notebook  so they can record their spending. They want to save for a holiday next year, a small cruise, but are on benfits. They will get some assistance from us but I want them to take resposibility themselves. as much as poss. Twwo adults with learning difficulties makes life interesting ( and expensive) waiting for Scottish Power to get back to us after two emails to complaints.

Also for them. A letter each for the hospital should either of them be admitted. It has a simple medical history and meds plus contact details as there were lots of communication issues when SiL was very poorly last year. have asked them to do go bag each for the hospital.

I am doing the same for myself and DH this month planning for emergencies to relieve the pressure. Must do the same for the Parents in Law.

Anyway. It was a long job but finally got the letters, notebook and diabetic sweets sent to yesterday plus some other delayed post.

The car is loaded for the CS, allotment and soft plastics recycling in a short while. I am picking uo a bed and then leaving for a visit to family down south for the weekend. A little roadip for me and DD.

Finally a chair I had reupholstered cam back today. It was easy to tidy and vacuum with so little in the way. Even the porch looks tidy (for us)

My Mum has one. Nightie, toiletries, toothpaste,toothbrush, slippers,etc list of meds. A purse with some change and notebook with phone numbers and pen. Before my FIL died he also had a hospital watch so he didn’t take his expensive watch for a hospital stay. 

 My plans have been thwarted by rain today. I am about to do something I have never done in this house (6 months)… ironing! Lovely linen things from last summer 🌞. We have booked a couple of days away in August. Spurred on by talk of holiday wardrobe I will iron it all and see what I have. 

 I have been good at not buying stuff for January. Nothing but food bought, oh and stuff like wood and hinges and door stripping. I did spend a little in a charity shop to  re donate  to a charity thing. Ah, 2 roses from Poundland. They were essential obv. 

 DD1’s BF has Covid. So far not her. This has scuppered all their plans for all their goodbye meals, meetings, gig and a big party. Her birthday is also next week. They move to Scotland in a couple of weeks. I will miss her/them. She has never been more than an hour away before. 

 I am enjoying everyone’s posts. I am at maintenance now so much slower at decluttering these days.

I’ve broken the through to 1495 items to go.
listed another few things on eDay and I’ve a few to package up.
Emptied 1 drawer on Granddaughters dressing table, my dyson is now full of makeup and eyeshadow she had crumbled up.
Lots of pillows and throws have been rehomed to Son1, he’s collecting tonight along with my old IKEA sofa, Farewell Old Friendly Ektorp - It’s seen me through 10 years but is too big for my living room so is off to get some family time. I’d highly recommend, apart from a few cat scratches to the arm it’s held up really well.

A Day off today, osteopath & family therapy appointment and lots of, much needed, time to potter...

Thankfully someone took the metal console table that I left in the front garden.  Only the perspex coffee table to go now & if no-one takes it, I can get it to the CS once DS is back.  Decided to hold onto the Reebok Step for a while as DS likes to exercise but I think he's forgot we had one (have adjusted numbers accordingly) - it could be going back out again fairly soon if DS doesn't think he'll use it. 

I chose a dress to donate in place of the one I bought yesterday - it was an easy choice to make - a lovely dress, expensive brand bought from a CS, but definitely bought with a fantasy life in mind in.

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 5 tasks
2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.
3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV and playing AB2 during daylight hours 😉
4. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed

Oops 😬 - I did get up on Friday, just before noon 😱 but never quite got around to posting 😔 DH & I had a bowl of the hm soup & very tasty it was too 😋 DH had a bath. DSis went out & picked up her last medication - even though it was just a pick up she had to queue & then wait for 35 minutes 😡 she was not best pleased when she finally got back ☹️ I sorted my mail, cleared down several episodes of Heartbeat, The Royal & Wycliffe & then made dinner. The veal I bought from the butcher has been a real disappointment (neither of my chaps was working when I last went in 😔) however cooked in a creamy mushroom & Marsala sauce with mashed potatoes & the last of the frozen green beans (from kitchen freezer 😉) Watched most of The Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony - I love seeing the teams entrances & just fast forward through the speeches 😉 I am currently watching highlights of the Pairs Skating, short programme. Wudupa.
02:46 & I am watching the women’s slope style skateboarding 🙂

The best thing about a hospital go-bag is if you have one ready, the chances are you will probably not need it. For the first time, I was ready to go to hospital if needed but thankfully managed to avoid it two weeks ago 😃 

Mine is ready and packed in the bedroom
Decent pjs  underwear, slippers and flip flops for showering. 

Fully stocked toiletry bag and small towel. Shower cap. Moisturiser. 
cheap hospital headphones, extra long lightning cable and charger, 
notebook, pen, £20 cash. 

Everything else – books, puzzles entertainment, information, communication is on my phone

I have a green hospital drugs bag  with a recent repeat prescription list, and my drugs box is well organised and easy to find. I also have a sticker inside my front door which directs emergency services to a pill pot in the door of my fridge. I got it free from the Lions Club . Inside is every bit of relevant information needed to identify my body 😂😂😂 also NOK info, how to lock my house, what to do with my keys, who’s going to look after the cat, details of vet and maintenance services etc. 

It’s extended a lot from last year because I now try to keep my laundry and bedroom hospital- ready. Always mindful that someone else has to come in and clear up my mess 🤪😂😂
