Not much decluttering here as a few things have come in and weight is still going in the wrong direction.

I bought some new trainers but old ones are staying in my gardening basket as I threw the old pair away sometime ago. I also bought a new washing up bowl and put the old one in greenhouse as I use them for salad growing.2025 Decluttering Campaign 672/2025 🏅🏅🏅🏅(🏅🏅) 🌟🌟

Vasco. Yea things are looking up for February. Found £1 at Aldi today 😀
just heard that roofers are coming tomorrow to put scaffolding up. Not embarrassed to have people being able to look in my bedroom windows. 👀Still knitting down wool stash.Vx:13 -
Ps Vasco’s frogs remind me. Thank you I think it was granny Kate for explaining the origin of the use of the word frog for problematic task. I had wondered where it originated but obviously not enough to find out. 🤣:10

Hi, been missing for a few days (still reading though). Car died again - but the driver who was going to tow the car may have solved the problem. Today it actually started. Then the sink backed up and then it backed up into the dishwasher and leaked on the floor. Plumber out today and hope it is sorted but now I have to clean up the kitchen and do all of the dishes. Our door bell also stopped working - but I am hoping it is just the batteries. Not Asian, but celebrating the Lunar New Year. Am hoping it was just the year of the Rat going out. Celebrating the year of the Tiger with our Vietnamese community here with special programs at the library paid for by our Book Sales. Decluttering like crazy also now we are rearranging our living room. We are however still discussing who will remove the mouse our feral cat brought us and laid in the yard. Wish he would do his own decluttering.12

Liverpool_Anne said:We looked at the fragrances thinking we might have a treat but they were far too expensive. I usually buy some for OH for Christmas as they are used regularly but they were much cheaper then. I thought this was strange as I would have expected them to be cheaper now, you live and learn.‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

Thank you for my gold star Mrs SD😊 I’m sorry I’ve been MIA for a bit, 3 of us finally succumbed to COVID. DD is now negative and back at school and apart from a headache wasn’t really poorly at all. DH has just been fluey but had a negative this morning, so hoping for another tomorrow. I’m still positive and feel horrible but don’t feel as bad as I did last week. DS1 had it before Christmas, so that now only leaves DS2 who hasn’t had it!
Fortunately this happened the day after we’d got all of the stuff out of the storage unit and back into the loft as we’d given notice. We got the unit cleared early on the Sunday ahead of the deadline, if we’d not done it early we’d have ended up paying a penalty because we’d have been isolating and not able to finish it off but happy to report a small refund instead.
There are 16 boxes in the loft that still need sorting but they are separate from the rest, so should be fairly easy to work through. 1 bag went to fabric recycling and I took 4 broken 64 litre boxes and a blackout blind to the tip, I’ll say this counts as 3 bags, as I couldn’t be bothered to break them all up as I knew the tip would take them as was.
New total of 26 bags.
