All whilst keeping perfect form.He would rather you did a movement perfectly once than imperfectly 10 times as a result you really feel it and he does this all with a humorous and slightly sadistic grin on his face as he knows what it feels like.Strangely we all keep signing up for more classes despite this! 😉✒️ Declutter 2025👗 Fashion on the Ration 2025 61/66 coupons (5 coupons silver boots)✒️Declutter 2024 🏅🏅🏅(DSis 🏅🏅)

Morning Peeps,
Brain been missing in action due to a training course for 3 full time weeks!! The only thing decluttered re the last remaining brain cells I had. I have however spent time in here keeping up with the good work you are all doing. So my down time has been spent well. Thanks for keeping me going.
I have already bagged up the old inhalers of DH's and I now know they can go to the chemist. Batteries ready for Al@i shop. Just need to get the spectacles ready for specsavers too. Thanks whoever put that on here
@Donna73 that's a great space created under the stairs.
@mothernerd I look forward to your posts. Glad your mum's arrangements went well. I am currently eating a pickle spread 6yrs OOD and is very nice I must add.
Belated birthday wishes too for @mothernerd & @balabooberlies
@Siebrie thanks for the note in your post re helping to rid ourselves by using the mantra "past you" future you" "fantasy you" and the "now you" this has resonated with me when letting items go. This will help with some of the "young me" and of course fashion reinvents itself every 30 yearsI have got my focus to get some items listed onto D Bay this weekend.
@Liverpool_Anne I find writing little things down for a reply helps and is easily filled out when the fingers get typinganother way to use up paper or little note books we have about. Is this just a female predominately thing?
Have a good weekend
Stay safe & warm

Good for you BBB. I crochet blankets because in my eyes they grow faster, lol
Warm hugs @weenancyinAmerica. A good friendship is a priceless gift but so hard to lose .I hope your car works well now and you recover from your injuries speedily.
Thankyou for your kind words @vulpixI will give anything a go at least once hence the huge stash of projects half finished or aspirational crafting supplies, lol
I am still in awe of your patchwork throwxxxx I think january was not wasted at all
I had a day off yesterday and visited a friend. Went to various places of interest (a fabric mill shop, a charity shop and a garden centre). I admit to buying some fabric bits but managed to abstain everywhere else. nice lunch, lovely drives through the countryside and great company.I feel recharged.
I came home and sorted out some of my clothes, still in neat piles on the box in the spare room.
Since I last checked in two bags to the CS today. Also one frog and a large item, a printer sold online and sent off.
Finally a pile of paperwork has been sorted and filed. Must be 6 months worth. I did this in small moments when I had 5 mins but this only worked becasue i could leave it out on the lounge table.
Finally. Please please don't get so wrapped up in the things that seem to matter and keep putting off family and friends. I came home to news of a second friend this week having died of cancer. Both deaths were expected eventually but still very sad. :
