Or any Glam Rock band of the early seventies (Mark Bolan who I thought just beautiful back in the day)

It was indeed Marc Bolan rather than Abba 😂 Here's a sneaky pic which I may remove later as he's quite identifiable if you even vaguely know him, even without his face 😂
We had an utterly charming evening, even if it was mostly only us and our immediate group of friends who were proper glittery 😂😂
Spent a bit, but not loads. One round of coffee/crisps in the pub with our other friends on the way (£17), then at the event I think we spent about £20. Got a lift back to friend's house, and now I'm the only one up 😂
No particular plans for today. It's my last day off work. Want to get more of the seeds sown in the field before the cold properly sets in, and need to return the house to some state of normality after yesterday's nonsense - there are clothes and sewing accoutrements everywhere, and we just walked out and shut the door on it all 🙈
Ooh, my final item sold on Vinted yesterday! Very pleased. So I'll need to get that parcelled up today and check where it needs to be sent from - hopefully the same place as the other one and I can do it Tuesday morning. That's £11.50 in just a few days - I can see this being an effective way of finally making me get rid of lots of clothes that don't fit any more.9 -
That outfit looks fabulous! I love a dress up party
your Vinted sales are inspiring me !DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.
