Hope you recover very quickly. I suggest plenty of rest and fluids and vitamin C, zinc and echinacea could help as well 🤗Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

Oh Cheery I DO hope you’re feeling better soon - my general “feeling a bit off colour” which I mentioned the other night is still lingering, and in fact I have opted for a day at home today too as my general feeling of “bleurghiness”, achy joint, slight headache and overall feeling of everything just being a bit too much left me feeling entirely unsafe to be joining in the melee on the motorway this morning. I don’t think I can have given you anything icky though thank goodness as so far at least I’ve got no sign of a tickly throat or a cough! Good call to repair to bed with paracetamol in a bid to try to see whatever sort of lurgy it is off though.
for those interested in the samosas I think I am right in saying that Ambala are a chain so for those visiting London Town it may well be worth you checking if there is one near to an area you may be in anyway. There defused to be one in Walthamstow (not though too many of you are likely to be there, but still!) . I confess I didn’t know about the samosas though and they sound delicious so I may be making a visit myself at some stage!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

EH, I hope I didn't give it to YOU in our unexpected impromptu meeting the other night! 😁 So funny to discover you were meeting a mutual friend 10 mins walk from my hotel 😂 Although I now feel I should have just completely quarantined myself 😱
Still in bed 🙄 Taken the day off, and just been lying here snoozing and watching rubbish TV 😂 Aside from shivering and coughing and generally feeling rubbish, it's been great 😂
Going to venture forth for a bath shortly - I feel the need to be somewhere other than bed before it's time to get back in bed again 🙄 Mr Cheery has valiantly gone forth to forage for treats and medicines in town - we are staying as far apart as possible (quite easy in this house - we've both managed to have covid without the other one getting it, in my case twice 🙄).
Going to see how tonight goes, but I can't imagine I'll be going to visit Mr Cheery Snr tomorrow - last thing he needs is anything chesty 🙄
Right, must get up and run the bath, make another drink, take some tablets, and ring Mr Cheery to request bran flakes (my poorly food of choice 😂)5 -

Me too, not felt this grim in a while but I'm sure it'll pass!
Dragged myself downstairs and ran a bath, and it was very nice to be submerged in hot water breathing in hot steam. Washed my hair too, and now feeling slightly less grubby, which also helps. The effort of drying my hair sent me quite dizzy though so I'm now back in bed, and planning to stay here til the morning😂 Not even bothered with surveys or anything, that's how grim I've felt!
We did get lots of post though. Now have everything we need for our holiday next week:
* both GHIC cards
* both FD bank cards and PINs - need to check they work properly before we go and change to something memorable.
* checked into flights and printed boarding passes
* printed insurance docs
*printed parking confirmation
Just need to transfer money into the new bank, check the PINs, and be well enough to get on the flight 🙄 I once flew home from Copenhagen with a bit of a cold and ended up with sore bunged up ears for months so that's not an experience I want to repeat!
Busy cancelling weekend plans too. Neither of us are seeing Mr Cheery Snr tomorrow, too much of a risk (he seems chipper and has apparently just ordered himself an electric bike so is managing fine 😂). Mr Cheery will do his gig on Saturday, but it's unlikely that I'll join him. We were meant to be staying over, and he might still do that, but I'll stay at home.
I can work at home Mon & Tues, and hopefully by that point I'll have had several days of lazing around at home and will feel much better, and we're staying far enough apart that hopefully Mr Cheery won't catch it 🙄
Switching stuff is arriving too. L bank cards arrived today, we've had numbers to set up online banking so I'll do that when I feel better. S bank cards are here too - need to get DDs set up on those to switch over to B bank before the end of the month.
But I'm not doing any of that today - too much risk of messing up completely! Going to go back to rubbish tv, and maybe a few surveys 🙄😂8 -
