Ha you pair! Still got a nice purple colour this morning 😂
Have texted the granite man, and am leaving the phone in a different room today as I have a lot of work to do and am prone to distraction 🙄 Just having a quick check while the kettle boils, honest 😊11 -
Well, THAT was an epic catch up! Could you NOT decide on a new diary when I'm away from MSE for a couple of weeks in the future, please?!
Delighted the pesky dog finally went back where he belonged, and yes, sadly I suspect you're right that the weeing indoors is far more now about the fact that he's not neutered and that he's been allowed to get away with it - in effect he's marking his territory.
Hopefully the granite man will get back to you and get the flipping joints sorted out too - honestly - had they just been done right in the first place...🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Sorry! 😂😂
No word yet from granite man, suspect I annoyed him by telling him I wanted him to commit to a time because it wasn't very convenient waiting in without one 🙄 I'll do the damn thing myself if I have to but I'd rather not, especially when I've already paid someone else to supposedly do it properly!
Just went into banking app to pay counseller - it seems the bar stools have been refunded twice- one through PayPal, and once directly from the shop. No idea what they're playing at. I'll put it to one side of course but right now I'm not inclined to chase them to tell them of their mistake!

So glad that the dog is gone.
Boo to the bruise.

Wow, it's all go! Here's to cooking in shiny new kitchens, and stashing portions in the freezer for when you need them. As well as sleeping in your own bed, yay2023: the year I get to buy a car9 -
I am in my own bed right now KC (before 10pm!!) and it's great 😂😂
Today has been a weird one. Long day at work - didn't finish til 8pm (again, second day in a row). However, I did finally finish the piece of work to meet the deadline. Well, I thought I had, but the link to submit it had closed!! Pah!! I've had to email them like a naughty student begging them to accept my late homework 🙄 Not a good end to all that work!
Hey ho, it's out of my hands now. Other excitement is that I have been advertising for someone to come and work with me 😮😮 applications closed yesterday, and 17 people have applied, so I am very excited about sifting through them all over the next few days.
What else? No response from granite guy - I'll give him a few days them snitch on him to the kitchen geezers.
Oh, and I didn't do any proper MB tonight as I finished work so late, but I did check one thing that finished today, which got me an extra £3 so January total is now up to £60.
And we've run out of milk! This is the disadvantage of not going to the shops all the time 😂😂 although Mr Cheery DID pop out today, and just didn't buy any milk... Don't think he bought anything else either, just getting out of the house for a bit.
Don't think there'anything else to report, mse or otherwise. I'm already tired so going to try and top up on my sleep.15 -

When we ran out of milk as kids my mum would always say "I'm sorry, do we have a cow in the garden?" I sometimes catch myself saying it to my kids now.
It would be amazing as you may actually have some in yours so it wouldn't work for you!!!!
