    Getting bored with this - OP asked for an opinion - everybody has told him it was his fault - If he persists with this obvious falsehood I expect to read his insurance has been cancelled. So perhaps he needs to start a new topic about how he can get insurance.
  • His insurers have the right to deal with third party claims however they wish. So when the third party presents their claim, it’ll get settled on a without prejudice basis.
