I pulled out after looked both ways, the road was clear, he went through a gap which was non existent, he had parked car on his lane.

    Full stop

    Now whose fault is it.
So you saw the parked car and oncoming vehicle and judged that he had plenty of time to see you pulling out and then stop?  Seems you misjudged that.

Seems to me that you were at fault.  He may well also have been at fault - perfectly easy to have two faults and no one innocent.
But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,
Had the whole of their cash in his care.

  • @theoretica, the OP admitted they did not look left and also thinks there is no requirement to do so, please read post #1

All their recent posts have been "what if" scenarios.

It's funny how it is my fault when the obstacle is on his side, and he tried to squeeze past 2 cars. my car was already on the correct lane

u can forget what my OP said.

I now corrected myself and say I LOOKED BOTH WAY

    Yes I changed it now

Let's hope insurance take a different view on it.

I'm sure he will word it in a way that it was my fault

And I'm sure I will word it in a way that it was his fault

So you are going to lie to the insure e company to try and avoid a fault claim! All that will happen is that the insurance companies will declare it 50/50 so it won’t help you just drag the other party down. If you do that just hope the other driver did not have a dash cam fitted.
  • Telling porkies so that you can blame the other driver, sorry, that is just wrong.

I hope it was recorded and you get what you deserve, a driving without due care and attention charge.

No I am not going to lie. What I said was the true, regardless what I said in my OP

I hope he does have dash cam cos it will just show he is at complete fault.

In my view, he is dragging me down, he did not pay attention to the road and he clearly saw me as I was already in my lane and he squeeze past 2 car with parked car on his lane

Perhaps picture is better than thousands words.

Red is my car, blue is his. Green is parked car

Well clearly you're just making things up as you go along. I hope you haven't been doing this with your insurer, they'll see through this with ease.
