Shame you lost but a good court report and a reduced "fee" Make sure you find a way to pay it before the judge's deadline runs out, you don't want it on your credit record.2

I don't own a cheque book, mobiles in our house are with a provider who doesn't support premium rate phone calls and the parking firms website was saying i couldn't pay as it was with their legal team.Le_Kirk said:Shame you lost but a good court report and a reduced "fee" Make sure you find a way to pay it before the judge's deadline runs out, you don't want it on your credit record.
Turns out the solicitor told me to pay the parking firm (he asked to see my documents post hearing to direct me towards where to pay and circled the parking firms website), when actually he should have told me to pay the legal firm, which i now have.
One note, the naughty children there asked some inappropriate questions which i of course didn't answer.
Are my bills including but not limited to, gas, electric, water, council tax, TV licence, home and car insurance all up to date?
Would i be paying them with, wages, inheritance, credit, loan, or money borrowed from a friend or family member?
Very naughty.2 -
Normally, pay the solicitors. They will want to take their pound of flesh before passing anything left to the PPC.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
