I haven't had an auto repose or any repose for that matter to my defense that i submitted on 22nd of Dec. I understand its the holidays. Is no auto response normal? Is it worth me sending again mentioning that its a duplicate submission as i've heard nothing back?
Thanks all.
Suggest you resend your Defence during working hours tomorrow.
And there is no letter 's' in the word defence.4 -

I've had 2-3 letters offering various discounts over the last few moths and 3 phone calls from 3 different numbers all from BW Legal asking me go through security checks to I can discus the claim with them, I've politely declined each time.
I've been checking the money claim portal, the only transactions are that it was transferred to my local court back in March. Ive called the court and they have confirmed that the fee's have been paid by Premier Park so it looks like I'm going to court.
Looks like tonight is going to be whiteness statement time. Got to have it submitted by 12th

Don't use the one linked in the Newbies thread. Too old.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Note I have no photo evidence like most of signs and carpark layouts. Im not very local to the location this took place. Once i started researching what i needed to do and went back the car park was being turned into a building and so all signs etc had gone. I searched google street view only to find it had been updated to show the start of the building works.
Sequence of events
1. I drove to Nottingham on DATEXXX with one of my peers to watch a sporting event. I had selected XXXX carpark due to its close proximity to where the sporting event was taking place. The carpark was a large patch of rough ground with no denoted parking spaces.
2. I entered the carpark, passing the payment machine as it was situated by the main entrance. I found a suitable area to park my car and proceeded to make my way over to the payment machine.
3. I was unaware of any signage that detailed the policies of the carpark and only paid attention to the sign on the machine detailing cost per hour.
4. While attempting to enter my registration the machine refused to accept the first 4 digits, only allowing me to enter XXX. I and my peer tried multiple times to enter the full registration, however it became clear after multiple attempts the machine wasn’t going to accept all 7 digits.
5. I paid £4 for four hours parking, printing a ticket with the final part of my registration number on it and displaying it in clear view on my cars dashboard.
6. We left the carpark on foot to attened a sporting event. Returned within the 4 hours I had paid for and left the car park.
7. I received a letter dated XXDATEXX with a parking charge notice charge for £100, reduced to £60 for quick payment for: Failure to Pay for the Duration of Stay.
8. I appealed the charge to Premier Park directly who sighted that I hadn’t complied fully with their terms and conditions.
9. I appealed via POPLA who denied my appeal based on not fully complying with the car parks terms and conditions.
10. Exhibit xx-01 shows Premier Park acknowledge my partial registration was paid for.
11. Exhibit xx-02 shows via a Premier Park computer system screen grab that my partial registration was paid for, for the duration of my stay.
