    My only issue with it is exhibit XX-07 beavis sign seems to be out of place?

    Ive added that the principle debt has had 19.6% of interest added to it since date or parking. insane.

    Would i put down his costs for attending in his WS as an exhibit or would i add them into mine?

    One quick last minute question. Do I put my defence in again with my bundle or is that pointless as the court already have my defence?

    The court and the claimant already have it.

    Court approaching.

    Their WS is mainly around I didn't adhere to t&c's, all my defence is copy and pasted from this very website, I don't understand any of it and they will look to expose this via cross examination.

    some of their photo evidence is woeful and time stamps could quite easily be altered on microsoft paint. 

    Need to read up on a few bits tonight, need to sort a crib sheet also.
