One quick last minute question. Do I put my defence in again with my bundle or is that pointless as the court already have my defence?
Thanks again in advance.0 -
The court and the claimant already have it.GingerBeardOwner said:One quick last minute question. Do I put my defence in again with my bundle or is that pointless as the court already have my defence?
Thanks again in advance. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Court approaching.
Their WS is mainly around I didn't adhere to t&c's, all my defence is copy and pasted from this very website, I don't understand any of it and they will look to expose this via cross examination.
some of their photo evidence is woeful and time stamps could quite easily be altered on microsoft paint.
Need to read up on a few bits tonight, need to sort a crib sheet also.0
