Just got the new card today and what do u guys think of this design?

Let's just say I'm glad I link my NatWest debit card to Google Pay. It means I won't need to whip this hideous monstrosity out in the supermarket every week.

One of the worst designs I've ever seen. Looks like it was designed by a child randomly drawing different coloured stripes.

I don't actually mind it. (A play on the Natwest triangle logo.) 

However, that description is annoying!

And even more annoying is that I have had to cancel my auto insurance renewal because of this. (Ins company is unable to set it back up again with a new card).

The only important thing about the design of a piece of plastic which in many cases nobody other than the holder will ever look at, is whether the design is distinctive enough to make it easily identifiable as the card for a particular account, hopefully to avoid making a payment using the wrong card.

As such, this design is a winner - it achieves near perfection*.

(*except if you have more than one NatWest account with that card type)

The card clearly got stuck in the printer. Hope they don't do it to RBS cards.
