    Thank you SF 😎

I should be closing off 2021 today and have just set up my spreadsheets for 2022. Woot.

Welcome to all the newbies. This challenge is fantastic.

Hello! I’d love to take part again please… We’re moving to our new house in January, but I’d still like to aim for 12k… I’m hoping a target will stop me from going berserk on new furniture/ summerhouse/ gold-plated bathroom.

Thanks again to Slowly and helpers.

  • I haven’t tackled this challenge since we took early retirement in 2017 and given we have to replace one of our cars next year and MAY eventually get to Canada (Covid restrictions permitting) I am not setting the target too high. £3000 is a realistic figure I think and I intend saving in a brand new savings account, maybe a regular saver.

    So £3k for me SF.

Hi Slowlyfading, hope you are better now. Love to go again with a aim of £15k. Thanks
  • Thank you for running this challenge again.

I won’t hit my 2021 target of £12k this year, but that is not going to stop me trying again for the same in 2022.

Fingers crossed for some Premium Bond wins and good dividends and I will be able to hit it 🙂

Good luck everyone and great to see so many new posters!
