Morning All,
Big hugs to all. I slept lots yesterday and am aiming for an easy day today as well. Easy ham and cheese pasta for tea. It is the school church service ths afternoon so need to make myself presentable for that. The WM has done its thing and is fluttering nicely on the line, it is very mild here today.
Take care all xx10 -
MorningCat 2 came back in yesterday after about 2 hours. He is already back out there, OH says I have to keep an eye on him, he is in the undergrowth where the deer go, so I've come back inWM done, out on whirly, not too sure if it will dry or not.Kitchen doneCats sortedHoovering doneMove a small log pile as I couldn't get it in the dry store, but can now, and found 5 frogs underneath it all, so I've left the 3 logs to keep them safe.Other general stuff for today to do.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Afternoon allI went in my walk-in wardrobe to take a photo of something I wanted to get rid off and have ended up emptying it. I have wiped the floor and put new dehumidifiers on the rail. I have left the electric dehumidifier on so the things I have wiped with a floor wipe dry quickly.
My aunt popped around with a card so I asked her in and had a cuppa. Plan for the rest of the afternoon is to tackle the garden leaves etc as it is the last garden bin collection tomorrow. I hope I have enough energy for tap tonight.Other good news is that my soon to be manager rang this morning to catch up and hopefully I should have a start date next week.8 -
PTA are having a fundraiser tomorrow; they'd found out that F@rmfoods have some cheap (39p a box) mince pies but no-one could get. As it happens there's a little farmfoods in the little shopping centre that way *points* so I have fetched them.
Washing is on line - jeans and towels so I'm hoping they at least lighten. Windowcleaner has been. Soup out of shed freezer for lunch.

Dancemum that's great news.
Some lovely Christmas tree pictures! I am being sucked into a big black hole of worrying. DS has symptoms similar to when he started with Lymphoma although the doctor say its not that. I am trying to get a specialist IBD nurse to ring him because he is definitely having a Crohn's flare up. He has been given antibiotics for flu/chest symptoms which he doesnt want to take.
Our car is back but the garage dont really know whether its sorted or not. I just need it to keep going long enough for us to find something else and trade it in. In the meantime I really dont want to drive it.
My anxiety is bad. I should really be working today but I am taking some time in lieu, although I do have to go in later for a meeting. I am going to get the hoover out and whiz around with that and have a bit of a general tidy up. Then I might get some time to put my feet up and read for a bit.11 -
Good afternoon
Natty I have messaged you. My cards were sent last Friday 🤞 I hope you receive them soon!
Paid stuff today - which means Christmas party at the toddler group. 2 out of 3 children had a great time on the bouncy castle and soft play. They ate nearly all of their food, sung songs and listened with great interest to the Christmas story. The 3rd however....🤬 Stuck to me like glue, screamed if I tried to sit down (he is nearly 2 & getting heavy!) and then resorted to screaming regardless of what I did! He didn't touch his food, which I took home for him. Needless to say he ate the lot when we got home! There is nothing wrong with him, he just gets angry sometimes! 🤦♀️ It is exhausting! He is now asleep 😁
DS can pick up a hire car tonight after work. He needs to get back behind the wheel. Hopefully he and DH will have the energy to move the Swedish shop delivery from Tuesday that is still in the hallway!
WM x1 done, in the TD. I WULTD last night before bed so the kitchen doesn't look too bad. I need to finish off wrapping the children's presents tonight and they can take them tomorrow. I am still working next week up until 23rd. I also need to finish my Christmas shopping & start wrapping!
Round I hope you are having a better day at work today x
YL hugs to you
Oh no! He has woken up!! 😭10 -

Kaz.. one of mine steals balls of wool, he sits under my chair and nibble the wool while I am knitting and I don't notice until I have to knit a wet bit or he actually nibbles right through, He also plays fetch which is sweet, one of the others hides all the cat toys under my chair, another takes socks.. they are all such characters. I love it when they have mad habits lol.
DD1 been here all day.
I took my voucher wins to pick up Dots bike and they refunded it and accepted the vouchers as payment so I am a decent chunk of cash up.. Happy me!

I went Christmas shopping for bits and bobs but wasn't inspired so good news is no miscellaneous c**p was bought, girls got new PJs, hair ties, socks, slippers and oops I got a new dress and cardigan but reduced! Came home and ordered the books DD1 wants as none of the bookshops in town had them, I was even given comments along the lines of how there's not much demand for feminist stuff here. I explained that believing in equal rights, pay and opportunities regardless of sex should be normal. Gets down from soap box.
