Right.. My list for this coming week..

Visit outlaws (Tuesday)
Tesco shop (today)
Iceland (Wednesday)
Clean shed fridge and contemplate acuiring a shed freezer since my shed freezer is now in the kitchen!!
Laundry up to date

Laundry dried, folded and put away

List contents of 2 boxes (outside the loo 80L boxes) on Vinted .. that will take ages!
Nails 10am Monday
Trip to Dunelm.
Trip to Halfords.. 2 bike bags.

Nag about DD1's present from my mother.. showing as in stock get I ordered 5 weeks ago and not received.

Tassel 5 scarves and Pompom 2 hats
Spend a day wrapping

Panto (wednesday) Find ear defenders for Twinkle.. I think her nasty teacher has hidden them because she is a witch and hates her using them.

Wash hallway carpet
Arrange to get huge table to my mothers asap, christmas tree, 2 boxes of presents and 2 carrier bags of food to go too.
Repaint WC and touch up hallway Delegate to Boog
Wipe ALL the doors Delegate to DS2
Wash windows Delegate to OH
GUT kitchen (3 days job normally)

Cat trays cleaned.. ALL of them Delegate to OH

Mop kitchen Delegate to OH
Change ALL the bedding

Vacuum hall/stairs/landing Delegate to DS2

Wash everyones coats (Thursday)
Remove 2 binbags to CS.. FLING
GUT backroom and rearrange furniture to provide as much bum room as possible. Delegate to Meem/Moom

Sort Boogs prescriptions, the GP doesn't seem to have sent them but have sent mine Boog can collect

Collect prescriptions.
Hoof Meem to sort Sick note/prescription etc.

Speak to Moomin about christmas.. if she is staying at her BF's christmas eve I can use her room to bag up stuff as soon as she leaves which will make Santa time and 26th SO much easier, and quicker.. and less stressful..

And the absolute most important thing.. Sort ALL the paperwork for Squeaks bursary application.. That is a full days job because OH is so darn slow it will take him a year to find 3 bits of info.I have most of mine to hand.

Still trying to raise £10k for Rolands op otherwise he will have to be euthanised..

As awful as it sounds I really hope some restrictions are brought in before Christmas. From 25th-29th, my days are not my own and we’ve ended up ‘agreeing’ to lots of hosting and seeing far too many people. I will be exhausted by the end of it all, and the children will be too! Furthermore when we have people here they always seem to think it’s their right to comment on things, eg why we don’t run the heating on 24/7; why we don’t have a packed fridge all the time; are the children really warm enough; should you let the chickens wander into the kitchen (bird flu restrictions means we won’t have the latter to deal with thankfully).

It highlights how differently we live, I don’t comment on how anyone else lives so why they think it’s okay is beyond me. I mentioned I was cooking a casserole for BD atop the woodburner - the cries of WHY?! Just use the oven! ... -

Ummm because the woodburner has been on all day, is hot and I might as well?! 

Rant over. Harry Potter and a cuppa here xx

ASB.. Say 'we will have to reschedule' if you need to, you don't owe anyone anything and you certainly do not have to tolerate their rudeness.. Whatever you do or say there is always someone willing to tear you down for it and you are doing what works for you the same as they are and sometimes others do forget that.. I just don't care any more, if others think they can be rude that gives me leeway to do it right on back. You do an amazing job and if you want to cook on your woodburner that is wonderfully frugal and I admire the idea!! No one has any right to judge.. ((hugs)) be brave and put your family and mental health ahead of trying to please everyone.

I filled a carrier with rubbish .. I have re-written the white board list.. and each room is getting a post-it taped to the door with the jobs required in there written on it.

I am wanting to throw corned dog in the SC but I have no worktop and the cat has walked purple

paint all over the kitchen..

ASB, just do what you want to do.  I no longer apologise for the decisions I make or feel the need to explain them.  People have described me as abrupt but they always know where they stand with me.  I am however, not unkind and I don't judge others on how they choose to live their lives.

Doors wiped, some other dusting done, paper read, lunch had.

Popped to dancegran’s on way back to check heating system. Neighbour said he had let a random woman park on his drive and look around DG’s garden and through the windows as someone had told her it was empty. I was livid. It isn’t actually on the market yet. 

On the way home I avoided a collision on a nasty bend. The oncoming car was speeding and on my side of the road. Don’t know how he didn’t hit me. Shaking a bit now.

I have just received the property photos and details. Photos are ok but the description is full of spelling  mistakes.

asb - I eventually learned that 'No' is a perfectly acceptable answer. And if pushed, 'I don't want to' usually seals the deal. Life's too short to be kowtowing to people you wouldn't invite unless you were related! And if they are friends they should be supporting your life choices not attacking you. Rolling my sleeves up to come and sort out your cockwombles. Hugs xx

More green ticks added. All wrapping done except DB's present which hasn't arrived yet. Late ordering it as I didn't know what to buy him.

Petrol and prescription now.

All go innit? I keep carving out 15 minutes 'me' time. And luckily I don't find wrapping a chore 😊

Round.. come help me wrap!!! I am exhausted!!

OH woke me up this morning by (what it felt like) poking all the bits that hurt, he thought he was being affectionate.. however, it was the first decent sleep I had had for weeks and he woke me up with pain.. let's just say I am joyous today! I am so mad, I gave him  right earful.. I'm about as far from interested in playing tents when I am fast asleep as I am loading the washing the ceiling.. I was weirdly dreaming about having tea with the Queen and Prince Charles (as they looked in the 70's) offering me mini sausages which I was exploring the different BBQ sauce dips.. in the school building.. it was blooming weird.. but anyway. he still had no right to wake me up.. and once I was disturbed I needed the toilet and then I was awake and now I am tired.. Which means if he dares to even think about touching me I may squish him like a bug!!

Best go do dinner for the turds.. and maybe look at all the things on the list I do not want to do.

I have sanded the bits of wall which need touching up.. that's something I guess.
