A Saturday morning and, even though this week lasted a fortnight!, I'm not in zombie mode 😊. Probably because contact with cockwombles was minimal yesterday 😉

Anyone else excited because today is the first day of the double issue tv guide? And it's just as much fun with the economy version. I know, sad, aren't I? This face look bothered? 🤣

I'm up and savouring my first brew. I've made my bed,  and, while the kettle was boiling I rinsed out cans for recycling. I brought down the laundry hamper too - defo got my flylady head on this morning 😁

Any IT experts here? My Android phone is saying there's No SIM card in it. Emergency calls only. 

I can't even remember where I put the SIM card in....and I definitely haven't removed it!

I was too relaxed! I'm not now!!!

Another one who is battle weary after a week at the paid stuff, although the week did improve eventually. Much helped by the fact that my Flylady Secret Santa has arrived 🎅. Thank you xx
My supreme talent is worrying, especially about what could happen or what might happen - beats my (non existent) IT prowess. YL, Round, you are not alone in the worry and anxiety stakes x
Boostered yesterday, am feeling a bit sorry for myself this morning. Hopefully that will pass.
Today’s to do list (so far):
HHI x 2
Get Christmas down from the loft
Tidy away empty Christmas boxes once DD has done her thing with trees etc
Put away shopping which is still lurking in the DR from Tuesday’s 😳 delivery
Sneak sofa time in, as I feel sooooo tired and sleepy.

Oh and wrap a pile of presents. All hats and gloves made, although it is unlikely that we will see any of the recipients. Not such a bad thing for DSiL, as her shrug only has one side atm 🤣.

ETA - exciting news, Mademoiselle! Stressful, but exciting.

Morning

OH gone to what he calls the backwater town to buy me a present, so while he is gone, I have wrapped his up, written his card, and hidden them!

Hoovered round, done the logs, sorted the cats out, cat 2 is out pigeon chasing   cats 1 and 3 under the table.

A day of doing not a lot, we might go to another backwater town much later on to look at the lights.

Round, I have purchased a budget TV guide this morning.  Looking forward to circling what I will try to watch over the next couple of weeks.
So far today I am washed and dressed, the bed is made, sofa covers have been changed, dogs have been walked, I've popped to shop for aforementioned 📺 guide and I've hoovered through of a fashion. Oh and filed my nails.

If it happens again just turn it off and on again 

My cousin's funeral, set for Jan, is now in doubt as the coroner has become involved.  His mother, my Aunt, died in the early hours.  I am not committing to either funeral though (in Essex) in case of poor weather/covid spike/lockdown.  Her death was peaceful and expected.

One more day at the chalkface...

 Brain fog reigns.
I have managed HHI x 2, and just helped DH to get Christmas down. Wm x1 is on.

Other jobs might get postponed until later to see if the fog lifts.
