#40 sadly reporting a £0.00 overpayment in July, no funds available as I am paying out money for gran's estate management until probate comes through (in the next 10 days I hope), and so, even though I will get it back, cash flow and budgets just don't stretch to any extra overpayment this month. Boo!Still, lovely to see so many people still managing o/p's - no matter the size, each £1 is money you are not paying interest on ever again. If I do manage to pay off the mortgage this year, I will save £20k in mortgage interest (at 1.79%) so I can cope with a month without an o/p. Still gutting though4/10/22One Year Mortgage Free Yay!
