    #42 OP for Feb is £1,175. Hoping to keep this up, but husband desperately wants to leave his job as he hates it and will likely have a £10k payout 😱 but that takes us back to the salary he was at about 12 months ago and we managed to OP then, so just requires cuts in other areas!
    Current mortgage (1 Jun 2022): £289,501 - originally £351,999 got to love London sized mortgages!
    OP Goal 2022 = 3.75% in OPs: £6,975 / £13,200
    Emergency Fund Target: 3 months saved ✅
