Definitely not too late to join, great to have you on board again!_WorldTraveller_ said:Good evening all,
@julicorn - I recognise that I'm a tad late to the party, but can I please join again this year?
My OP situation is interesting as I today applied for my remortgage which should begin in April. Saying that, I need to pay off approx £12k for the new mortgage. All of this without relying on sale of my BTL, which is giving me a few grey hairs.
Therefore, for fairness of 2022 target, can you please put me for £8,000 OP target and I will only count against payments made on the new mortgage.
Manu thanks, apologies for the late entry and good luck everyone!

The party is very much still going, you're only slightly fashionably late haha! You've got #88. Best of luck to you toobecksta said:Hi @julicorn. I'm a bit late to the party but I would love to join the challenge if I can. I recently decided to start really concentrating on overpaying my mortgage over the next couple of years and I think the motivation and support from everyone else will really help.
Happy with any spare number. My target for 2022 is £6,000. My overpayments so far are:
January - £300
February (so far) - £386
Thanks and good luck everyone
