_WorldTraveller_ said:Good evening all,
@julicorn - I recognise that I'm a tad late to the party, but can I please join again this year?
My OP situation is interesting as I today applied for my remortgage which should begin in April. Saying that, I need to pay off approx £12k for the new mortgage. All of this without relying on sale of my BTL, which is giving me a few grey hairs.
Therefore, for fairness of 2022 target, can you please put me for £8,000 OP target and I will only count against payments made on the new mortgage.
Manu thanks, apologies for the late entry and good luck everyone! You're #87.

becksta said:Hi @julicorn. I'm a bit late to the party but I would love to join the challenge if I can. I recently decided to start really concentrating on overpaying my mortgage over the next couple of years and I think the motivation and support from everyone else will really help.
Happy with any spare number. My target for 2022 is £6,000. My overpayments so far are:
January - £300
February (so far) - £386
Thanks and good luck everyone1 -
