None at all.  You should have sent it.

What's the issue date of the claim (don't rush the AOS).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@KeithP will be along before too long and give you key dates and some actions to take to get your show on the road.

In terms of omitting your ID when sending your SAR, the PPC should come back to you to ask for it, but give it a few days and if there is no contact, take the initiative and send them a copy of your V5C and either a copy of the LoC, the NtK or a utility bill showing your name and address.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

@Coupon-mad is the expert but I would also think of signs actually visible from where I parked (or not visible !) In other words, proof that they are few and far between, small font and impossible to read from where you were, covered over etc etc etc

Get panoramic pics or a video showing no signs in view from several areas.  Corners with no signs in view.

    The entrance.

One pic of a t&cs sign so we can read it but you might not use it later.  Just for us!

Also tell us more about the car park and what happened,
