I missed a detail through the Newbie thread to do list what impact will its have?

2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle in question but liability is denied.
3. On the date and at the time of the claim the defendant would like to state the scene and surrounding area of Hope Cove Carpark wasn’t very well lit, the daylight was diminishing and getting dark. Upon entrance of the Claimants Car park the defendant saw one low ‘P’ sign but that it was not very well lit and the defendant therefore could not make out whether there was any other information when looking from a van. Once parked the defendant saw one sign straight in front requesting to ‘park with-in the bays’ but did not see any well-lit contractual signs that were visible opposing the parking bay, visible at all angles surrounding nor positioned at a visible angle from the bay for whether looking out of the vehicle or when on foot outside the vehicle. On exit and when on foot the defendant did not see a well-lit ticket machine, nor any contractual signs that were coloured to represent that of a warning, that were sized large enough with large read-able lettering so to be obvious or that were adequately lit. On exit of the car park the defendant did not see any signs that were well lit, were of a decent size and of a good height that were easily visible from a van.

Get rid of 'well-lit' before the words ticket machine, as it sounds like you did see a badly lit machine!
Also lose the final sentence entirely as if's repetition.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Good morning I have just completed the mediation questionnaire and I have received another letter from PPC.
What has stood out is the Paragraph referring to the 'template' used,
may I kindly ask for you prespectives on this?
is it just a tactic to try to get me to pay?

Ignore that rubbish2

PPCs and their 'legals' seem to be doing this more and more. Ironically, by using a template letter or a poor cut and paste !! I will no doubt be getting one of these also before too long, and I will ignore it for the trash that it is. I may well though refer to it and its falsehoods in my witness statement and/or at CourtThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.3

may I kindly ask for you prespectives on this?Surely you will have seen that in the countless other threads you (should) have been reading. Do a forum search on key word 'nonsensical' and fill yer boots!is it just a tactic to try to get me to pay?Everything is a tactic to get you to pay! C'mon, smell the coffee!Good morning I have just completed the mediation questionnaire and I have received another letter from PPC.The letter isn't from the PPC, it's from their solicitors. I haven't read back through the thread, but have we advised that you go to mediation?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

If you think that a solicitor has acted unprofessionally complain here.

By my reckoning there are only about half a dozen regulars left now giving detailed advice. Two of the most prolific posters, Coupon Mad and Redx have been removed from the forum by MSE. I'm not sure what the long-term future of the forum is without them. Those of us left cannot humanly cope with the daily onslaught of new cases and endless queries.3. I read that you completing 'the mediation questionnaire' as agreeing to that process. Glad I was wrong! 😊Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
