may I kindly ask for you prespectives on this?
Surely you will have seen that in the countless other threads you (should) have been reading. Do a forum search on key word 'nonsensical' and fill yer boots!
is it just a tactic to try to get me to pay?
Everything is a tactic to get you to pay!  C'mon, smell the coffee!
Good morning I have just completed the mediation questionnaire and I have received  another letter from PPC.
The letter isn't from the PPC, it's from their solicitors. I haven't read back through the thread, but have we advised that you go to mediation?
1 - I haven't, I have to read stuff in bits and bobs.

2 - Thought so but didn't want to assume when I have all you're awesome experience to confirm.

3 - I went on the newbies thread instructions where it  say's to decline mediation
    1. If you want to give yourself the best chance of winning this, you need to be genned up and streetwise. No one from the forum will be handholding at your hearing.

    2. The forum would be in danger of imploding if it has to explain all the quite obvious detail. By my reckoning there are only about half a dozen regulars left now giving detailed advice. Two of the most prolific posters, Coupon Mad and Redx have been removed from the forum by MSE. I'm not sure what the long-term future of the forum is without them. Those of us left cannot humanly cope with the daily onslaught of new cases and endless queries.

    3. I read that you completing 'the mediation questionnaire' as agreeing to that process. Glad I was wrong! 😊
Geez apologies for this thankyou for all the advice, and will try to limit my queries.

Yes, I some how understood that after the witness statement which I submitted correctly I just take the evidence with me.
I've compiled it all and I was just running through a checklist to make sure I had it in order and here we are..... Nightmare

So you have done a witness statement in June?

Or are you just saying you ONLY did a defence?  That's a shame. You'll have received their WS bundle so that should have been a massive hint you needed to match it. Oh well.

WHAT YOU MUST DO, IS TURN UP. Is it on person or by phone/video?

You cannot duck it, or you will get clobbered for further costs for unreasonable conduct.

Sorry, I've not read back through the whole thread, so, please bring us up to date with what you've actually submitted.

Really, if you want to stay on top of your own case, you need to be here much more regularly than once in 4 months. We're here every day dealing with hundreds of cases. Boss your own case please, that's got to be the minimum we can expect, surely?

Looks like after reading coupon mad that I've only filed the defense and no WS.... in 4 months I thought I had collected all that I needed , Photos, videos, printed off what I needed to so I thought I was on top of it so no need to be back on here.

So I came on just to see if there was a guide to being physically in court and read some more stuff that highlighted my mistake
