If you name anyone as driver using the transfer of liability slip at the bottom of the PCN, you will note that you have to provide the current address of that driver!

We would not say pay in full.  No-one said to pay the exaggerated claim of over £250.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What did the sign say... That's the contract.

Yes I was wondering what the courts would do in that situation?

I've been trying to upload the picture again but it keeps coming up with an error message

"Body is 9 characters too short"

It's on page 3 if you want to view it, I'll keep trying to upload it in a different format

Then write some text - at least ten characters - in the post with the pic.

Impossible to read.  Defend your case and think about agreeing to Mediation due to it not being your finest hour of parking.

Interesting. That sign expressly refers to a £60 liquidated damages sum in addition to the core parking charge.

That's unusual. It *could* mean the bolt ons are more likely to be enforceable than signs which say the parking company "may" add charges.

Set against that, if all the signs are well above head height there is potential to still argue the point....

But this can surely be argued as an unfair term in a consumer conract.
