I'll try and get some pictures of the fact there are no t&c signs between where I parked and the entrance.0

And show us where you parked, as you say it wasn't a bay.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is where I parked my car, can't remember which one it was as it's over 5 years ago and I don't remember the white lines being that freshly done.

If you need any more information, please let me know as soon as possible. If you haven't already sent it, take this out, do not give them any excuse to slow down the process.0

Hi Le_kirk
I've already sent it and they got back to me already, so very efficient on their side.
The photos they have are quite clear and sadly the hash markings look quite fresh.

A bad bit of parking but do they have a contract with the landowner? Were their signs readable? Was their paperwork OK? in time? They have so many hurdle to clear to convince a judge that you breached a contract. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

Makes me wonder why they have put hash markings there unless it is to prevent motorists parking there so that other cars can drive through to exit the car park.1
