No tax to pay so there is that at least.
Sorted things out with DD so hopefully back on an even keel. Laid out a few more ground rules. She's paid the £50!!! I'd mentally written it off so a big relief! It's the principle as much as anything.
I bought a turquoise cross over bag at TK with my voucher so day turning out better than expected...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks DIA, @skint_spice and beanie.
Finished listening to a story. Had a lie down for a bit earlier so feel like I've had a rest today. Will aim to start on the form tomorrow. I've had a few weeks of writing things to include in the back of journal - so much of it is probably already written - just need pulling together and tidying up. I'm going to follow up with my GP early next week and see if I can get a copy of some of my reports... I've got some but not all... and update them on my conditions... and book a new blood test. Best to know right? Will also request the ADHD referral. I know I'm repeating myself - but the reality is I haven't done it yet - so hope if I keep putting it to the top of the list I'll actually do it!
I think on boundaries this month - I've learned that setting them did rock my world - but has already led to some improvements. Same for asking for help. I didn't think it would come if I asked so didn't want to bother. But I asked and it did come. I need to "stop saying other people's no for them" and take more chances... Plenty of room for further growth though.
Thanks for following along and your encouragement. My target CC is around £275 now - but the other 0% CC's have grown to compensate. I have however had a £507 car bill, £180 roof bill and a £120 HP World bill but have only increased debt around £100 so still pretty pleased. I've ordered one of the dresses I was looking at the other day - it's free returns so low risk. £25. Not taking DD to work - I've used less than 100 miles in two weeks so due a fuel saving this month which is helping to offset a little of the spend. Also helped by no CT. I still have £400 set aside for PE bill... and EF so more than debt neutral.
From next payday I am expecting a step change in my debt level - after that I may take it easier - while I wait to see if I get awarded PIP. I'm currently thinking I'd save instead though - so still not planning on fritter spend. I plan to go away in May at the latest preferably sooner / as well. So want to put some £ aside for that - and start building pots for bills due later in the year. I'm hoping some of last year's backpay will get paid by May. Then still have potential regrade £ to come once/if that's sorted. Has been talk of backdating that a few months too.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Don't write money off, it's breaching boundaries and sets the wrong precedent.
You've done so well with clearing large debts and now it's manageable and the end is in sight.
Depending on award level, some could be used to OP the mortgage and trim another period off it, with the remainder going to savings.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.5 -
Well done on sorting things with DD, it helps you and is hopefully showing her that you have to pay your way in life. My parents divorced in my early 20s and looking back I was probably an entitled brat to both of them whilst everyone found their feet.Good luck with the forms, break it down into small chunks as it can be heavy going.MFW 2021 #76 £5,145
