Submitted accounts. Just hope they are ok.
DD coming home tonight at short notice and then Ex collecting her tomorrow. Then next week's arrangements also changed. Notified rather than agreed. Ex still hasn't responded.
I didn't get to sleep until 3am and with accounts pressure etc not having the best day. Think will go out tonight....Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Do not for one second worry about your accounts. Unless they are so far out as to be obviously fraudulent (which I know they are not) then stop worrying. HMRC have much bigger worries than you could ever be. I have a friend who whilst he files his SA returns (just) in time every year, last filed a VAT return in 2016 (well actually in 2019 for 2015). Whilst he does pay their estimates every period he has never ever had a nasty letter saying why aren't you filing. Frankly in the grand scale of things he just isn't important enough & neither are you. Take this as the chill pill. I know that it would drive me insane, I hate being even a penny out. You have done your best - end of!!

That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

I once tried to run a business and I just found all this stuff so difficult, almost to the point of being intolerable. As we wound it up, I swore I would never do it again. Every time my work puts my pay into my bank and I don’t have to do any more with it, other than spend it, I think it’s a minor miracle.Debt Jan 2017 = £42kMay 2022 = £15k9

I can relate to that @boxofpaws
I got a 20% discount last night at the pub which was an unexpected boost. No £ arrived into my account from DD yet...
Now at hairdressers. I still have a voucher to spend so may have a wander around the shops later. Then hopefully I should have the house back to myself for a few days.
Want to crack on and work on my pip form this weekend. But as my sis says it's quite confronting as you list all your struggles which you would normally bury knowledge of... I don't want an audience for that...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Send a prompt message.
Chip away at the form rather than go all out, have a page saved on your PC for each section then you can keep adding to it. On the form you write see page ? attached, don't forget to add your name and NI details to each page. The forms are not big enough for people to complete accurately.
Enjoy the pamper and shopping trip, hope you find something nice.
