parcel still not arrived, getting pannicy now, rang amazon earlier who said it would come before 6, but its with royal mail so there is no guarantee of that is there

hi, 1st post this is fantastic...never thought i'd get them in time...del est was 22nd but on tracking was today just recieved everything i ordered (tho they said they'd cancel 2 items because they wasn't in stock and were holding my order up) even they came...very impressed ty op xxxxxx ps ricflairandy i got a delivery from royal mail yesterday...yup on a sunday so fingers crossed looks like they're pulling their finger out...makes a change

This is a joke. I had a slip through the door on friday, took it to get a parcel today and they gave me 3. I bet they have given me the 3 that should have been out for delivery today and not the one from friday.

Thanks for ruining my daughters christmas amazon and royal mail. I would complain , but id probably just get a sorry, well replace or refund. Waste of bloody time. Definity wont be using amazon again.
