Droitwich is near Birmingham
I had one of my orders upgraded to royal mail special delivery and is guaranteed for the 24th I did mail them a couple of days ago to double check and they kept to their word and upgraded my delivery
Me too. All my stuff has come bar one toy that, when I bought it was due to be delivered on the 27th, so I wasn't expecting it. GOt an email on Friday night from Amazon to say that it was being despatched Special Delivery so would be with me on Xmas Eve. :T to Amazon!0 -
ordered toys on 18th evening, normal delivery .it didn't even say despatched until 21st, but arrived 22nd, yet others ordered and despatched two days before still haven't come .all a bit random I think, probably depends on local delivery competence. good luck to all those waiting0

I just phoned Amazon and they said they have an agreement with home delivery network and they will be delivered on Monday even though they are currently in Droitwich.0

My orders came yesterday and today, am very impressed as the estimated delivery date is tomorrow.
Well done Amazon.0 -
I got all 5 of my packages from my order on the 15th with free delivery. Two packages came yesterday and 3 on Thursday. Well done to Amazon0

Argh, I received some books yesterday and there's a hole in the cover of one of them - not impressed. I've been shopping with Amazon for years without a problem, but my last two orders have been messed up (first order went missing, second is damaged). Hmph =(
My Remy is very cute though, he's sitting on my computer desk as I type.0 -
i've got a question, if I ordered a toy for over £2 but is now back to £9 or so, the delivery is not going to happen before early January apparently (several items pending in that order), am I going to be charged £2 or £9 for that toy???£2008 in 2008 member number 820

You'll be charged the amount on your order acknowledgement as that was the price at the time of purchase.0 -
I take EVERYTHING back that I said about Amazon... They refunded me fully for the book (even though I'd already had a refund due to a price drop, they send the original amount that I paid again!) so I have an extra £3.00 in my gift certificate balance...Which effectively made my little Remy-dude £3.80 including delivery :beer:0

Im worried now, my parcels are coming by home delivery network and they only show arrival scan today at Droitwich UK and I have no idea where that is but I am in somerset. Can anybody advise?
Thanks
Checked my amazon order this morning. My HDN stuff moved to local depot late last night and it all says out for delivery today. So its looking good, hope you are all in the same boat. X
(PS went to our local pub last night and my 3 littles won a 5ft giant white teddy on xmas raffle, so xmas started early!!!!)0
