Is it easy to get a refund on express delivery? and how do you go about it ie. who do I contact?

I ordered some xmas presents and paid £8.99 for express delivery which promised the items would be here before or at 1pm but i'm still waiting now.

Never had any problems with HDNL with free Supersaver delivery but this is being delivered by City Link.

Hi, I requested a 1.90 refund from Amazon. I paid via gift certificate and although it says at the bottom of my order that it has been refunded, my gift certificate balance has not gone up :rolleyes: Can anyone tell me how refunds are issued... i.e. could they have sent it to my registered debit card instead of back to my gift certificate balance? CONFUSED!!

My refund went back on the card I used.

I had my wii play and nucuck delivered today, that i had on pre order, from Amazon. I'm now all set for a great Christmas. Happy Christmas to all Money Saving Experts, don;t know what i did before I discovered this site. Brilliant I have made £600 on quidco cashback since i joined. Thanks to the Experts on here.

I would email amazon and explain that the order did not arrive before the time stated, they are usually good at dealing with queries and will hopefully refund that for you.

This toy sale has been fantastic!

I ordered 4 times over last weekend totalling over £200. Every item has been dispatched and I've recieved all but 2 items (due on Monday) in total I've had 13 deliveries. I've taken back toys I bought at full price and got them and more from Amazon. My kids are going to have a fantastic Christmas!

There are still bargains to be had! I can't believe that I have sorted my 3's birthday pressies already for next year

This sale has been awesome for me, I've sorted the kids 2008 christmas pressies and I've got thir birthday gifts too. I've spent about 300 but that's sorted 4 kids for next year.

I ordered 5 items on the 16th too. Amazon split the order into 3 deliveries, I recieved recieved 2 of the items in the 1st delivery Today Just waiting on the other 2 to be delivered now. :undecided
