Thanks fishfinger, i too have many items still showing as 'dispatching soon', some going back to 14th December. Things seem to be sent out in dribs & drabs and not in date order

I placed an order with amazon at the beginning of november & still haven't received most of my order. Now i've had an email telling me some of my stuff will be here sometime in january & one item february :rolleyes:

Most of the things i ordered were in stock when i placed the order, now some of the items are out of stock.

I would cancel my order had i not bought it all with amazon e-voucher, i spent near on £200 & none of it will be here for christmas for my kids... useless.

Some more items have been reduced again. Worth checking again as the Bratz Movie Maker has now been reduced further from £79.99 to only £17.99. Noticed a few other items that also have lower prices than yesterday.

My mum ordered a present for my daughter and the delivery date was meant to be 15th (Monday just gone). It was with the courier on Monday for delivery but as of today it STILL hasn't even left their depot - she keeps getting a message saying 'carried over' to the next day. So even after the order has been dispatched from Amazon, there are still hold ups at the delivery depot.

I put in an order on 15th - 2 of the items have been dispatched today (estimated delivery 21st - I'd be surprised if I get it that quick) but the others are still showing as 'dispatching soon' (estimated delivery 22nd-24th).
Surely Amazon will pull out all the stops to make sure these things are delivery before Christmas? If not I've got a mad dash round the shops on Christmas Eve when we should be making cookies for Santa!!!!

The PP Pollywheels Race Track has gone back up to £22.49. I got a refund of £1.50(ish) this afternoon for this because it had gone down to £7.99

How many times to you ask for a refund? Is it once per order? I noticed that the barbie horse has gone down again, I wondered if it was worth asking for the £1 back.

I've just rung customer services because the 2nd part of my order is still showing 'dispatching soon'. The lady I spoke to assured me that it will be leaving Amazon today & will be with me on 22nd. She said not to worry as these orders will definitely be with us for christmas.
The 1st part of my order was scanned in at the courier depot this morning. According to Amazon they are going to get this to me by tomorrow. I must admit I'm still not convinced! Maybe I should have more faith!

Actually just as I posted this I got an e-mail from Amazon saying the 2nd part of my order has been dispatched, but it says by Royal Mail, estimated delivery date tomorrow. Lets hope they've sent it guaranteed next day delivery or I've got no chance getting it through the post at the moment.
