What a bunch of con merchents. I added 5 items to my basket, went for free delervy before xmas and suprise suprise, one item that is in stock cant be deliverd for xmas unless i upgrade my shipping. All other items can.

really dissapointed at this. I dont understand why if all items are in stock, 1 of them cannot be sent untill a day later?

Maybe it's on a top shelf and it takes the little elves that much longer to climb the ladders to get to it.

If ordered in the last few days check your delivery. I ordered 4 things yesterday with promised pre-christmas delivery looked today and the order said delivery expected 2nd Jan!!!! Have had to opt for first class and pay an extra £4.95 if I checked the "send items as they become available" it would have increased my order to £32.95 from £20.95 so I left that and will just have to keep my fingers crossed.

If you go in to your account there is an option to have the order sent in as few deliveries as possible. If one item isnt in stock then it will hang on to the order to send as one parcel. uncheck that box and they will send in individual parcels if need be at no extra postage cost!

I ordered 3 times, however I've been advised that it will come in 13 deliveries! First item came today the rest are said to come between now amd 24th.

can you only get a refund the once? i purchased a little chef remy at £13.99 thought that was an excellent price, then they reduced it to £9.99 and got a refund and now they have reduced it more? can i request more of a refund?
bit cheeky i know but every little helps.
