Thanks, just ordered Raleigh Daisy Cycle for DD birthday in Jan. Together with a couple of barbies and other bits for about £50 she has loads of things!!!

I've just noticed a TV I bought on 9th December has come down by £29. How do I claim this back from Amazon please?

Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the screen
Choose Refund Enquiry from the drop down list, and say you would like a refund under the 30 pricing policy
I have had nearly £15 back so far on my orders

Im worried now, my parcels are coming by home delivery network and they only show arrival scan today at Droitwich UK and I have no idea where that is but I am in somerset. Can anybody advise?

Same here, and they were supposed to be delivered on Friday.

Hmmm..ditto on both..mine showing delvery expected on Friday, but they have been scanned in at Droitwich today...I'm in Kent..isn't Droitwich in the Midlands?

out of five items i had one deliverd yesterday, another was deliverd later on yesterday but i wasnt in so its at royal mail, and then final 3 ....??? Worried they wont arrive now.

I had one of my orders upgraded to royal mail special delivery and is guaranteed for the 24th I did mail them a couple of days ago to double check and they kept to their word and upgraded my delivery
