Is the exclusive fixed only available to people who were promised the other tariff on chat, or can we all ask for it?0
-
Same deal really, neither of the tariffs is supposed to be available, but that doesn't mean you can't try...

I just asked. Agent ashkay just said sure and raised it for me, said it would be sorted soon. I hope it's that easy! I haven't even given them direct debit details yet. Had a bill this week for 3 months so I've paid that.0

There's two variants of the tariff, one with direct debit and the other without. The direct debit version is significantly cheaper.goatfaced said:I just asked. If they switch me I'll set up a direct debit straight away 👍 having read this thread it seems what happens in chat doesn't always get actioned. Fingers crossed though, thanks.0

What normally happens is you'll be back on chat 2 or 3 times in next month with different agents all promising to sort it out but never will......however you just need to get lucky once with the right agentgoatfaced said:If they switch me I'll set up a direct debit straight away 👍 having read this thread it seems what happens in chat doesn't always get actioned. Do you mean two variants of zero fixed or exclusive fixed or both? What rates do you have down for the DD variant?ivanleo said:

Zero Fixed Oct 22 has the same rates regardless of whether you pay by DD, cash or cheque.1 -
No it hasn't, in the eastern region at least with DD it's 19.981p per kWh, without DD it's 21.023p per kWh, that's just over a 5% difference.Gerry1 said:

Strange.... I looked only at South East England where there's no price difference.ivanleo said:
