  • Hi.  That was my chat from BG about this popular tariff.  I tried last night and she said I could not move to it as was for military personnel only.  So it's true you need to try again.  Hope that helps someone.
  • Ok I've switched to BG on variable tariff and asked 3 times "when my switch completes on December 9th on variable tariff I can switch the next day to the Zero fixed October 2022 tariff"

Three times I was told yes I can change either via my account or live chat.....so we will see what happens, I've also got screen shot/pdf copy/transcript

At the end of the day the variable tariff is the price cap so nothing to lose but hopefully get moved to the Zero fixed Oct 22 which is a no brainer......£105 cheaper / no exit / fixed till Oct 22

I have a vision of a suited man sat in an office at BG labelled "Commercial Director" suddenly clutching his chest as he looks at all the extra customers BG have gained - on a money losing historic tariff !!
