I personally still have the old card. I’m guessing if you order a replacement they’ll send you the new design.

Just order and replacement and see what arrives. I haven’t used my Halifax account in years.

The good thing about all these new cards is they take up less space in a wallet now they don’t have the raised numbers on the front.

hopefully they last longer too - the worst card for this was already my BA Amex - the cards never lasted longer than 2 or 3 years out of the 5 year validity without needing a replacement.  I’ve just got the new Amex design with no embossing on the front - will
see if it lasts the full 5 years this time!

Well, maybe unbelievable for many on this forum, but I DO care about card design too.
Of course it's not the most important thing but it still matters to me.

Btw, I received a card for newly opened Ultimate Rewards account and it's still the old design. I was a bit surprised that it's actually very dark blue, although on pictures it's black.

  • Cant believe people are moaning about a card design......get a life for what's its worth I swapped this week, card arrived today and when switch offer paid I'm off to Santander before Dec 2nd

Can't believe you are moaning about people making comments about a card design. Get a life.

For what it's worth, most people don't care that much about the design of their card, but it is something that people can easily comment on. Just let them get on with life without making stupid comments.
