Brie said:The OP didn't mention an email but said that it was a pop up when already on the Amazon site and going to pay for something. So not a scam in that instance.
As for the emails I never click on links but separately to a site for confirmation. The emails I've been getting are saying that I'm about to be charged for not using PayPal in the last year. In fact I think I've only used it once when I set it up for a specific purchase about 6 years back. So I'll be ignoring that one too.

tronator said:Will my Curve card still work even if I use a Visa card behind it? I guess yes as it's a Mastercard and Amazon won't know that it will come out of the Visa card at the end. But who pays the difference in the fees? Curve?
This isn't an issue for me, since my default card on Amazon is my NewDay/Amazon MasterCard, but the same thought had occurred to me. Curve are saying that it will be a solution - there's a post from them on the Curve Community forum.
As someone else has mentioned, Curve's business model is somewhat opaque. It seems possible that there's a risk that Visa's increased charges could, directly or indirectly, break it. I hope that it doesn't.
