Hoping to go up onto the moors for a walk today, forecast is for sun and heavy showers.  I have the Christmas cake ingredients soaking so there will be cake making later.  Just updating my presents spreadsheet, did some online shopping last night.

Managed to dust and hoover upstairs yesterday, downstairs needs doing today.

Coffee next, not feeling very lively at the moment!

Good morning
Up, not dressed, cuppa and breakfast on hand, as is my book and the weekend papers. This might set the tone for today. Yesterday I washed 2 cars and cooked dinner, but that was probably the sum of my productivity. Today is blue sky and sunshine, so I might actually feel like doing something else. DH has had a slight reaction to his booster so is feeling sorry for himself,  I naturally have the sympathy of a rhino which always goes down well.

Fayolle if you are going out in the blue sky and sunshine, I suggest you go sooner rather than later.

It is storming a good one here, hailing, strong wind, and very over cast.

Kitchen sorted

Triplets fed and sorted out, OH decided to give them the run of the house overnight they 'stole' a rubber duck off bath side, and spent most of the night chasing it up and down that hallway. Other toys were left out of them as well.

Not too sure what I am going to do today.

Morning all
yesterday i cleaned the kitchen and bathroom.  Towels have been throu WM and TD - forecast suggested today would be cold and cloudy so I decided to use the TD to get them out of the way.  It's bright and sunny. 🤨

DW has also worked its magic.

First priority today is planning for tomorrow.

Feeling much better.

Up, not dressed, cuppa at hand. 😊
WM is swishing. I had a read a book day yesterday. Eventually had a shower and got dressed at 1 ish; finished my book, played tetris, then watched Mary Poppins and Strictly. Pizza and chips delivered for tea - I'd only eaten a banana through the day so why not?

This morning I woke up at 5.50 am , thought 'nope', turned over and started listing 'things I'm grateful for ' in my head, and woke up at 8.45 😴. Strange dream trying to escape an invading army in rural Vietnam. Eh? Shrugs shoulders - no, I've no idea either!!!

I've made my bed  and I brought down the laundry hamper and sorted the washing while the kettle boiled for my first brew. 

Brew 2 next methinks.

Glad you're feeling a bit better Valli.
 I have made a start on finishing the project.
Dailies are done, downstairs loo S&sd and kitchen sink scrubbed.

I've got dressed,  glugged bleach down the loo and basin plughole, fed the birds,  put out the rubbish and recycling,  draped WM load 1 on the airer and set load 2 swishing. Oh and ordered my repeat prescription. And now I'm savouring brew 2.

Morning ladies

The temperature has dropped greatly here; we have a frost on the ground and condensation down the windows! I’ve got the wood burner roaring already - still no heating on here.

The house looks okay but I do have quite a long list for tomorrow. This afternoon I’ll make an easy tea and hopefully nap a bit, not been sleeping too well. Hugs to all xx

Dr did call me back and thankfully it was just the booster jab making my glands swell up. If it doesn't go down in 10 days to call him back.

It's actually going down now. As if we need anything else to happen.
